I have to give Scary Movie 5 a D. Not a fan at all! However, it was better than 'Scary Movie 2' which I absolutely hated but needless to say, this was pretty bad. The only good part was, amazingly, Charlie Sheen and Lindsey Lohan's scene at the very beginning. Thank god for that because that had me laughing. Everything else was just okay - if that. It really wasn't all that funny and they need the old cast back! Disappointing. I wouldn't recommend it or see it again.

The franchise still has it! It will make you smile so go see it. Not for little kids but fine for everyone else. And definitely stay for the out takes during the credits--they are great!

This movie had very little effort in the making as it seems to me. The acting was very adequate except for Charlie sheen who was not in the movie for more than 10 to 15 minutes. As for entertainment the movie was not that bad. It was fairly funny throughout the movie with the insulting of other horror movies. I would strongly suggest that you save your money and do not see this movie.

...it did by a long shot!!!!!!!!!!!! I absolutely loved Scary movie 1, 2 & 3, 4 was pretty bad but there was still some funny parts. This sadly, I was looking forward to because the trailers were good, but I was wayyyyy wrong. I left this movie about 15 mins in and I'm surprised I lasted that long, the first scene should have been the biggest red flag. Anyway, please stay away from this movie, if you are curious, rent it with a free code at the redbox.

i have been an avid movie fan my entire life. i have only walked out on three movies in 50+ years, and then only after watching at least half the movie in case i might be missing something. i also see humor in every aspect of life. this movie failed at every level. it wasn't the slightest bit funny----there is a point where straight stupid is just not humorous. i walked out of this movie in less than 20 minutes. that tells it all.
