    Performance overcomes camera tech

Rush's performance in this film is dynamic and exciting, their stage presence at once commanding and casual, their virtuosity undeniable. They're obviously having loads of fun with the music, each other, and the wonderfully humorous steampunk stage set. The sound of the mix was powerful, and the stage lighting and effects were absolutely amazing. The only quibble I have is with a few of the camera operators, whose ability to focus was questionable at best, and the editors, who insisted on cutting to the distractingly out-of-focus footage.

For 3 guys approaching 60 years old, this live performance recorded in Cleveland captures the group at a moment where they are playing at top notch and still enjoy the music they created and the fans that love them so much. This live concert is one for the vaults and is a must see for every Rush fan, past or present, and by any music lover. Can't wait for the DVD release!
