Synopsis

This documentary follows extreme long-distance runners Marshall Ulrick and Charlie Engle as they attempt to set a world record by running from San Francisco to New York in 46 days. The journey is arduous, both physically and mentally, but along the way the filmmakers capture various aspects of American life at the beginning of the 21st century. ~ Perry Seibert, Rovi
