He finds that a turf battle with an African-American gang led to his brother's death. The leader of the rival gang, Isaak (Delroy Lindo) has a daughter, Trish (Aaliyah Haughton) with whom Hang Sing soon falls in love. Revenge and love at odds yet again in this age-old story.
