In this film with a surprisingly crude treatment of humanitarian causes, the members of a former rock group decide to get together one more time to pay tribute to a dead friend and try to revive some of the magic they had 20 years earlier. When the group's venal manager attempts to use them to back up a right-wing politician, the violence begins to take a nasty turn.
