This robot has heart

One of the most suprisingly plesant movies I have seen in a while. Like any good science fiction this is about more than robots, its abot family.

Outstanding!

A sleeper hit no doubt. Love this film. Frank Langella is wonderful. He's definitely on my list of favorite actors. A great cast of performances as well.

The acting is excellent and the story is thought provoking and entertaining.

His movie is fun and meaningful especially for those deadly with mental illness associated with aging. It is presented with human and compassion.

It's a luxurious ride.

Wonderful movie with heart and mind

After so many movies in the theaters this days that seem to have lots of action and noise and very little plot, this one is a delightful change of pace. For days afterwards, I still savor the craftsmanship of the movie and the acting.

Overall Good Vibe!

The movie was great! I liked the movie's overall meta- modernistic aesthetic and the quirky chemistry between Frank and the Robot is fun to watch . It's funny and touching ( Frank is gradually losing his memory) and mostly, in my opinion, about the connections we have people and things in our lives.

MORE THAN A FEELING

I think this is a great movie - touching, funny, makes you think about relationships and robot policy. The cinematography is beautiful.

I didn't expect to cry so much because I didn't expect part of the ending - I don't want to ruin it for you - but I think it will hit a little too close to home for some people. I just bawled and bawled at the ending.

I also think James Marsden is adorable and talented and I wish he got more leading roles.

Quite funny at times. I can easily understand how frank became to attached to his robot. Over all just a wonderful story. Very enjoyable.

delightful

I totally related to the dilemma of aging and memory loss - as I experienced that with my parents. Can be a tear jerker at the end, but many funny quips throughout.

Will see it again.

Layered with Excellence

If you were faced with Alzheimers, what would be your dearest commodity? To Frank it was his memory. And there is a deep interplay in this movie centered on the value of a human life and the value of a lost memory. Also layered in this well written script is what is the value of parent/children relationships, if your memory is fading what would you remember, and does the loss of memory make you less human? I know some will go into this movie seeking just entertainment, but if you put your thinking caps on in this one, you might get a few revelations included.
