From hot rods to New York galleries...

This is a movie for everyone - from the hot rod enthusiast to the fine art fancier. Robert Williams is an eminently likable figure and an eccentrically talented artist - one of the founders of the Zap Comix behemoth that changed the face of popular illustration and ultimately of tastes in fine art. Not only does this film fill in missing gaps in American art education from the low to the high, but it also presents a deeply human figure in Mr. Williams, gives us a glimpse into his brilliantly mad mind and art, and shows us a beautiful love between Williams and his talented wife. From Hells Angels to Hellenic scholars, this is a film for all.

Unique and revealing glimpse into the interesting mind behind the jaw-droppingly inspiring and weird art of Rbt. Williams. Loved this movie... Bought it on DVD after the screening!
