It's a video game after all. There will be academy awards but the story is good, the action non-stop, and the visuals (especially the babes) awesome.

These movies haven't really tried to present a coherent narrative for a while now. Rather than tell a story, they are using the medium of 3D film to depict a distopian fugue state. Visually stunning, thrilling, and nonsensical, it owes at least as much to William S Bourroughs as George Romero at this point. I love it, I don't completely understand it. Why is Wesker rescuing her now? How is Wesker even alive? Why does the Red Queen want everyone dead, when originally she was tasked with preventing the outbreak? Who knows, but those are the kind of things that happen in those strange dreams that aren't quite nightmares...

Definetly realistic looking effects on the monsters, and in 3d no less, they did a great job on this one, youll see only alittle bit of resident bs here and there that comes with every film, but after the 1/3rd mark, its a roller coaster right of non stop action, 5 stars in my book

Certainly not the best of the series but a must see if you are going to understand what is to come. Once again I am disappointed that Alice is without her increadible powers that I have long awaited to be retuned to her. The ending of the movie we see her powers restored but do not get to see her wield them. Was not impressed with the story but the action and special effects more than makes up for it. I am a huge Alice fan and will wait impatienlty for the next installment where I am hopeful that Alice will wreck havoc on those infected with the T Virus and of course the Umbrella Corp.

Over all this has to be one of the best movies they have made.
I was glued to the screen the whole time of the movie. The action, fighting and plot of the movie was great. They really out did them self this time as the last movie was a " eh so so " they stepped up. and the ending will leave you wanting MORE!
I recommend seeing it in 3D you wont be sorry!
