I really liked that it shows African-Americans in a different light and a different genre than we normally see. Forest always plays a GOOD crazy person. Sanaa is effortless and beautiful as usual. I love Anthony Mackie. Great supporting cast as well. Definitely, support this film so we can continue to see other diverse genres of movies.

Like many people, I was thrilled to see an all black cast in something other than a Madea flick. The cast did a good job in their roles, especially Forest Whitaker, which is no surprise. He does well as a psychotic patient. Anthony Mackie's performance was a bit overdone at parts, but overall they all did well.
Unfortunately, the storyline was lackluster. In part, this has to do with the state of advertising. You see more than half of the good parts in the commercials and trailers, so you know what to expect. The storyline could have had a better edge, but I suppose it's a start. And the ending.....I was seriously disappointed with how the writers chose to end this movie. I will say that it's unexpected, but it could've been better.
Overall, I think that people should go and see the film to form their own opinion. I'm looking forward to seeing more films with all black casts in the drama, action and thriller genres.

This movie has a lot of unexpected events to occur. This was great to see the actors perform in a different genre. It may not be something for all to see, but I was definitely pleased.

From beginning to end it was awful. The plot started way to early before you really got a chance to figure what was going on and why it was evening happening. The order was all wrong and there were quite a few scenes that made absolutely no sense. The acting was a mediocre, to be expected for much of the cast, but not so much for Whitaker.
I wouldn't suggest anyone pay to see this movie, just wait for it on Netflix or HBO.
