Original buzz:
Shock value a plenty
The scene that sets off the rest of the film is so brutal and savage it shocks one's mind. I have seen movies that were as graphic, but only in extreme horror films. Babies being sliced with bayonets and arms chopped with machete. Do not watch this movie if you have high morals.

Original buzz:
so...
So, this movie was about 10 or 15 years too late in my opinion. If this would have come out with older Rambo movies, it would have been more perfect, IMO. However, as it stands, it was still a really good Rambo movie. You got all the action you could hope for and I personally believe that ending was exactly what Rambo fans would want to see, unless they'd want to see the exact opposite happen, which i won't say here. Definitely worth seeing for Rambo fans.

Enjoyable action flick !
Everyone's fav. hero is back in the saddle (so to speak). And this time Burma's on the butt kicking list. Bringing true life events to light I can understand why. I've always loved the Rambo films, and this one ended with him coming home to Arziona. Call me crazy but I'd like to know what happens next. Okay, he gets back home and his father is still living in the house where he grew up. Is everything okay?, or is there some threat looming over their home or the community? I dunno, I think it'd be interesting to see John Rambo back home in everyday situations.
