Turkish-born filmmaker Zuli Aladag explores the simmering racial and socioeconomic tensions of the German middle class with this urgent thriller centering on the escalating conflict between an intellectual professor and a drug dealing teen. Simon (August Zirner) is a highly respected professor whose son Felix (Robert Holler) is being harassed by a vicious Turkish street thug named Can (Oktay Ozdemir). When Simon sets out to confront his son's tormentor, it soon becomes obvious that the situation will not be resolved with words.
