    One of my favorites!

     by  alduquenne

I got this movie from netflix, not really knowing the story, the first time I watched it. I now have read the book, and watched this movie too many times to count! It is probably one of the best movies from a Jane Austen book, I have seen. I found it very entertaining and felt it took a classic from the 1800s and made it appealing to teenagers now-a-days!

    Pride and Prejudice

     by  holmon

Wow! They don't make them like that anymore. Pride and Prejudice is one of the best love stories ever written and this film certainly proves it. Keira Knightley gives a stupendous performance and creates her reputation as an actor. The casting in this film was phenomenal. Each actor brought a lovable feature to their character. The film had wonderful and classical music that brought emotion to each scene. It is just such a great movie. You will really have to see this for yourself. This film is a true masterpiece and will blow you away.

    it's perfect

     by  darkmediadarling

despite turning slightly away from the book. it still manages to capture your heart and pull you in. if anyone in life has felt completely misunderstood and somehow cheated in life than you'll love this movie. Kiera Knightley brings Lizzie to life remarkably. she's silly and akward and just real. jane austen wold be really proud of the job the cast and crew did for this movie. the settings are marvelous, the acting superb, and if you are a true fan of period movies than you will love this movie. go, stop listening to me, and see it!
