    Believe the hype.

Powerful. Intense. Poignant. Witty. Heart-wrenching. Sad. Ugly. Beautiful.

I cannot, for the life of me, remember being so moved by a film. Schindler's List and Saving Private Ryan come to mind, but this was a different. Even days later, I am on the verge of tears as different scenes creep into my mind. This heart-wrenching story brings someone you wouldn't normally be able to relate to directly into your heart.

Well written, impeccably acted, and full of profound intensity...one of the best films I have seen, definitely this year, and perhaps in the last decade. I recommend it so highly.

    Preciously Inspiring!

I had the opportunity to view this moving at the Chicago pre-screening and it is one movie that shouldn't be missed!

I read Sapphires book Push a few months earlier and was amazed at the level of constant abuse this one teenage mother endured to find love, compassion and hope from the hearts and homes of strangers. I applauded Tyler Perry, Oprah Winfrey and Lee Daniels, and their ability to create a movie that was cinematically true to the book....BRAVO!!!!! Please, go out and see this movie because when you do, you will be compelled to "Push" other to see it too.
