Playing for Keeps was a well put together movie. It had me laughing the whole time. I would definately watch it again! Although it was ok for me, parents should not bring their young children to this movie. Read the sub scripts before you go!

Definitely a rental movie.

I was waiting for the movie magic that good romcoms have... never came.

We walked out

This movie had an idea for a heart warming story but fell incredibly short. The theme was mainly about man who couldn't keep his pants up. A bunch of married and single women kept throwing themselves at a man who didn't care how many women he slept with. Boring, Boring, Boring and not worth the time or money. This movie was far below Katherine Zeta Jones and did nothing for her career. I don't recommend it for children because of the moral values this "father" set for his son and it went no where fast except to the next fling.

Not worth the money

This movie was just not up to par. Not sure if it's even worth a rental. The story was not good and the comedy was flat. Do not recommend. Don't waste your money. :)

Playing For Keeps

Loved this movie from start to finish. Gerard Butler is perfect in this role, and the rest of the cast was great too, and equally funny. This movie had the right amount of drama and comedy and romance. Great date movie for any couple, but don't take my word for it, see it for yourselves.

Exactly what you expect, cheesy rom com, but entertaining watch.

One of the worst movies I´ve seen!

Predictable but cute

Although the plot was very predictable, I enjoyed the movie a great deal. It was cute and funny and what's not to love about Gerard Butler. He's yummy!

CHARM TO SPARE & A GREAT DATE MOVIE

Although the script is somewhat predictable, the star, Gerard Butler, manages to carry the movie with his looks and charm. There's plenty to look at for the guys, as well, what with Jessica Biel, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Uma Thurman. The subject of sports/soccer should also help you convince your guy to go see it with you. Don't go expecting anything more than a lightweight, pleasant evening, but that's OK sometime, right?. Great date movie!

This movie was disconnected, and just plain boring. Great group of actors.

Too long, poor story, Jessica Biel needs acting lessons...could not care about a single character. Kid was adorable and Butler was as hot as ever. Too bad :(

Unfortunately the theater it was playing in was shut down for repairs and wasn't aware of this until I got there, so I didn't get to see the movie. Requested a refund but they told me I had to go through Fandango and it appears you don't refund tickets, so my experience was not a positive one.

Worst I've Seen in a While!!

This movie was shockingly bad from the story line to the over-the-top acting. Dennis Quaid was the worst of them but all performances were just horrible...couldn't wait for it to end. There was nothing to redeem this movie...even a rental would be wasted money. Don't bother!!
