    Whoa Whoa Whoa...Pinapple Express

    You sit through this movie alternating between two expressions- open mouthed-jaw dropped to the floor disbelief (as you witness the crazy unbelievable antics on screen)...
    or a squinty- watery- eyed- tears streaming down your face smile as you laugh...
    - the film's humor is something you have to be used to and in the mood for ( it's a stoner movie, for god's sake)- it gets real violent towards the end... however it's worth seeing because:
    You'll see James Franco in a role he's never really played before...he's not a sleek streamed debonair hombre...he's the kind who sells pot and dives into dumpsters...
    and ...Seth Rogan carries him out of a burning building in his underwear...enough said.

    funny, funny, funny

    a must see flick! I cracked up most of the movie, the end portion is the best and although it was slow moving, I enjoyed it very much.

    Pineapple Express

    Pineapple Express is one of the funniest movies I have seen in a very, very long time. James Franco is so unbelievably funny as a stoner drug dealer. My husband and I laughed so hard we cried. I highly recommend this movie to everyone. This is a movie I will on DVD when it comes out.

    Be Stoned

    It didn't help that I stopped being high the moment the previews ended. I, too, expected more from this movie, but that doesn't mean I didn't laugh a little.

    A little.

    Go see it stoned. It helps.

    I expected more from this movie. It didn't command my attention and I found my mind wandering. One or two funny jokes were made but I've seen much better "stoner" flicks than this.

    Loved it!

    This movie was so hilarious. I actually saw it twice. A lot of people were commenting on the hilarity of this flick to only be found by "pot heads." I'm no pot head, and I still found it to be so comical. Seth Rogen and James Franco had great on-screen chemistry together. I'm all for any Seth Rogen movie, and I'm glad I checked this one out. Definitely worth seeing.

    Pineapple Express

    The movie was not funny. The main characters were not as interesting as they were portrayed. The plot was boring and most importantly the movie was not bizarre enough. It was like a half baked meets dumb and dumber but with out all the originality. It had a few moments but was not funny to the educated and intelligent pot head community.
