Woof...better come prepared to sit through it.

Yikes. I've sat through Percy Jackson before with my kids, so I had some idea of what to expect. But even so, this was a little hard to take. They seemed to enjoy it, though, and that's why we go, right? When the story wasn't over-the-top silly, it wasn't too bad. That's about the best way I could describe it.

Good movie, but not as good as the book.

Kids will love it -- but make sure they read the book first. The new casting was very well chosen. Loved Anthony Head and Stanley Tucci.

Percy Rocks!

I took my 8 year old daughter and 12 year old son to see it. They both loved it. There were a couple of places where my son grabbed my hand because he was scared of what might happen. Other times he could hardly contain his excitement. I wouldn't take little kids to see it. That being said I think that anyone who likes Percy Jackson will thoroughly enjoy it.

I liked this movie. It had lots of action and good special effects. It was a good family movie to go to. If you had never seen any of the other movies is could stand alone, it would be helpful to have seen the other movie and/or read the book to add depth to the characters. The time went fast, the movie was over before I knew it! Good movie!

this is a good movie providing you remember that they are not able to put the entire book on screen so they must take creative license with the screen play. action packed and fun.
