The movie is well-acted by a talented cast -- which includes a lady with whom I work. Michelle Pfieffer is particularly good, and as beautiful as ever despite the haggard look she is supposed to have throughout the thing. Sadly, the script itself is a bit plodding. See it on TV.

Really good movie. My significant other and I both enjoyed it all the way through. I was afraid it was a soap opera type movie, but it's not. It was well-written with a tightly knit plot. I can't imagine that kids would like it. I recommend it for adults who have lived long enough to appreciate these life situations.

Really like this movie. It touched on important universal themes. The storyline and acting were superb. Highly recommeded. It is a movie for grownups and maybe older teenagers.

This was a good movie if you like true-to-life, family dramas. The characters were well formed and beautifully acted and the plot had good flow. THe ups and downs were somewhat predictable, but again, they were real. The young boy was a highlight of the film. His wit and snarky humor added a few laughs to the dramatic film's general appeal. Definitely recommend for a girls' night out flick.
