Loved it! Truly a Tyler Perry production. Very funny and all of the characters were great especially Judge Peeples (David Allen Grier). If you truly want a giggle or downright laugh, this is the movie to see. Made my day after a long and trying week.

This was a nice movie to see. Most reviews are saying nice job Tyler Perry, well if you have read information about the movie before it came out you would have known that Mr. Perry didn't write it, he just promote it and gave this person their first shot coming into this business. The person name is Tina Gordon Chism, writing and directing her first film. So on that note, Congrats to you Tina and hoping to see more work from you.

The movie was ok. There were some funny parts. It dragged along during some parts of the movie. Craig Robinson and Kerry Washington were not a believable couple to me. There were some interesting secondary story lines. Overall the movie was just ok.

For me, the issue with Tyler Perry movies is that he cranks out so many that the comedies start to seem like replicates of others. The movie was funny, but the plot was banal and the storyline was predictable. Also, I could not accept that the lead actors had true romantic chemistry. The only person missing to make it a classic Tyler Perry movie was Madea. My recommendation is to wait until it comes on cable. There are many other worthwhile movies to see right now that this doesn't warrant consideration.

I was suppose to be going to see The Great Gatsby but of course I didn't buy my tickets online so when i got to the theatre it was sold out. Since I was already there I opted to see Peeples. I was laughing from the time I sat down till the end. Very good movie! Who knew Craig Robinson was sooo funny!? Tyler Perry did a number with this one! Not at all like his typical movies which I'm starting to dislike. I would def recommend someone to see this if your looking for a good laugh!
