Paranomal Activity 4 continues the saga started by Paranormal Activity 1 of a demon-possessed suburban house. This is the kind of scary movie I enjoy: genuinely suspenseful without unnecessary gore and loud irritating music. These movies were shot on a low budget, which proves that you can make a really entertaining film without all the expensive and superfluous special effects and music. I would definitely recommend this one.

As in the previous versions, lots of creepy stuff happening in the 4th installment of this franchise. lots of things to make you jump and cringe worthy scenes, although the ending is abrupt, but then again, I think they all were.

Out of the four PA movies, this one was my least favorite. It was just "ok". I wasn't as scared and it was a bit slow. It felt like there was no climax to the movie.

My friends and I really enjoyed this film. I saw it at a 530pm show, with about 50 people sitting in clusters of 3 -6 throughout the theater.
We screamed and laughed and reacted together - the audience participation made the experience AMAZING.
Grading the films (for scariness) from 10 (AAHH!) to 1 (Boo.):
-Paranormal Activity 2
-Paranormal Activity 4
-Paranormal Activity 3
There are kids in it, but it's NOT for kids.
There was an Easter Egg after the credits...it's in Spanish.
