ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES OF THE YEAR STARRING MARK WHALBERG!

It will take years of the therapeutic process to conclude “why” , with knowledge and foresight, I went to see this terrifically awful film; questioning the soundness of my mind, the stability of of my judgment I can only surmise I suffered from a temporary loss of sanity or a petit mal seizure. Based on a true story which transpired in Florida in the 90’s three “muscle crunchers” led by Mark Whalberg (shares my mental lacuna) kidnap, try to kill a successful business owner, for his wealth; the only, lonely humorous moments revolve around his obstinacy, refusal to die. “Pain” in abundance and nothing to “Gain”; skip this insufferable, pathetic, stupid morass of ineptitude. 1/2 STAR For Now…..Peneflix

I don't mean that it just isn't funny. It really isn't a comedy. IT was amazing only in how horrible it was. Based upon a true story, this was a story that didn't need retelling and I'm stunned that it has the cast and director that it does. don't waste your money and don't waste your time when it comes out on cable.

One i thought it would be a just comedy, but it is a dark comedy with a great story that makes it awesome. Obviously this is rated R so don't take kids or if you aren't the type of person who likes a stupid comedy such as a Will Ferrell or Hangover. I Love this movie because it has alot of action and comedy that keeps me entertained from the first 45 min to the end i want to know whats gonna happen next! Go if you want to be entertained yes it's a true story but remember it's a movie and we go there to be entertained no serious all the time.

I don't know what everybody is talking about, this was a funny movie. I considered it to be more of a dark comedy, you'll know what I mean when you watch it. Secondly If you see it's rated R then its a Rated R film, don't expect it to be good for your kids to watch then complain about the movie being a horrible flick.

Pain & Gain

My husband & I really like Mark Wahlberg and Dwayne Johnson, so I figured this was a must see for us. The one thing about the movie that suprised me the most was that this is actually based on a true story. I had heard a few basic things about the outline of the story, but the movie actually shocked me and blew me away. The first thing I have to say is that I can't believe these idiots managed to get away with the crimes as long as they did. It doesn't say much about the abilities of the Miami/Dade county police department. Mark & Dwayne give great performances and both really stretched their acting abilities in this one. It is so unrealistic that I had to keep reminding myself that it all actually happened! On the whole, I have to say that we enjoyed it immensely. I think that having a somewhat sick sense of humor helps, as we couldn't help laughing at some of the stupid, sick things these guys did. We might even have to own this one!!
