It is what it is...

This movie sure isn't all time great or classic film, that is for sure, but what Michael Bay movie ever is, overall the guy is a hack, but I actually liked this film. It has a twisted sense of humor and isn't going to be for everyone, there is no doubt about that. The shining star of the film is Dwayne Johnson (The Rock), he continues to get better and better as an actor whichever genre he is performing in. Whalberg turns in his usual ok performance as well. I flip flopped between giving this a so-so and a go, but even though I ended up giving it a so-so overall if you're into dark twisted humor it's worth giving it a try.

Not their best performance

The movie had great potential but they used way too much bad language and "nasty" references which really didn't add anything to the true story. You would have gotten the point without all of that. I would not recommend for anyone under 18

An unfunny, depressing movie

This movie is factually based, and the facts are sad and unfunny. Everyone overacts and they act stupidly. It's quite violent, too. Wait for the DVD.
