I took my 13 year old daughter & we both LOVED it!!! It was very entertaining and kept you waiting on what was going to happen next. Very Good for any Wizard of Oz fans!! Saw it in IMAX, Wondeful Color, Special Effects & Sound.

This was a pretty decent movie. I must say I am a James Franco fan so he could be in any movie and I'd enjoy it! Didn't realize it would have humor too, so that added to its rating being so high. Saw it on IMAX 3D was really cool. Definitely a lot more great effects in this one that made it good for the whole family, though maybe younger children could be afraid of the monkeys (like the ones in the original Wizard of Oz many, many years ago).

I will be the first to admit I'm not a huge Oz fan. But, I thought the special effects looked promising, so decided to see it in IMAX . The movie was okay, but I don't think I could say the same if I'd seen it in a regular theater.

This movie was too long. I didn't like the romance between Oz & Glinda. The CGI was excellent! I just wish I hadn't paid extra for IMAX.

the first 20-30 minutes of the movie are in black and white and not full screen. Once you get to Oz it opens up to full screen. Went to see IMAX 3D, and visually it was a good movie. The storyline was a bit weak and James Franco is not really a leading man, he just cannot hold the audience.
