    Opal Dream

    In spite of the obvious budget restrictions I thought everyone gave a credible performance. The film was not a waste of someone's time.

    A Real Gem

    I was able to see this film at the Melbourne International Film Festival in August of 2006. It was the kind of family film everyone says they want but rarely seems to be made. The people are normal not wisecracking models nor are they all knowing overly sweet saints. They have to deal with life's problems and joys that most of us recognize. No one is perfect but no one is a serial killer. Besides getting to see a wonderful film about family life you will get to see on of Australia's most colorful and interesting locations...Coober Peady. Just go, enjoy!
