I enjoyed the movie alot,ok now what i wish was in the movie was pic of the aliens that would be nice to see them.i would like to know more about his wife to be and alien race they were fighting in the war before the nukes came. Why the mother alien came to earth and from where? so many questions for a 2 hour movie. The sound effect and music was top notch in my book!Great looking backdrops if anyone play Mass effect they would agreedTom cruise did a great job.had fun watching it now it u will too.

Earth is a Memory worth Fighting For

Oblivion is a brilliant work of art with Tom Cruise's excellent performance as Jack Harper and director Joseph Kosinski who wrote and directed the movie based on his graphic novel. This movie is set in the post-apocalyptic Earth just sixty years after the alien invasion destroys half the planet, the main protagonist Jack is a blue collar drone repairman who has no desire to leave Earth and considers it as his home until a strange woman shows up in his life and triggers his memories. The movie is amazing with its breathtaking scenes from Iceland, the futuristic Bubbleship and motorcycle, creative plot and great acting by the actors. Oblivion is worth watching and I loved every second of it from the beginning till the last frame.

What a waste!!!

First, I must say that I am not one to tear a movie apart for just any reason. I do get that these guys spend lots of time and more money than most of us will ever see to make a two hour image for us to enjoy. Now, having said that... I have given Tom Cruise more chances than he needs.. NEVER again!!! This is a great looking movie, but to be honest, it was not worth the money in gas or popcorn. Really slow and it never speeds up. There are small pockets of action(I went to the restroom and missed one) that are not worth sitting through the rest of the slop to get to. Morgan Freeman , who is absolutely one of my favorite actors, wasted his talent on this AND they dressed him silly. Just didn't work at all. Plot and dialogue was cliche and the fx..although very cool.. not groundbreaking. I was confused most of the movie, but by the end, I understood what was going on.. but just didn't care anymore. I just wanted to go home. Don't even get the DVD, wait for the Netflix Streaming
