Sheldon Collins' pseudo-documentary comedy NTV-1 is about a group of friends who scam their way through Europe. Collins opens the film by convincing a travel agency that he is making a documentary and will feature the agency prominently in his film if they pay for his travel. He and his friends meet and exploit a series of Europeans so that they can enjoy excellent accommodations and adventures. The filmmakers claim that the events depicted in the film are true, although some have questioned that assertion. NTV-1 was screened at the Hollywood Film Festival. ~ Perry Seibert, All Movie Guide
