Fantastic! Where is this man? I've been looking for 30 yrs & haven't found him yet. Well, think I have, just not sure if he's found me. Love, love, love the movie!! Can't wait to buy it! My best friend (in FL) went to see it at the same time I did (in NC) and we cried together over our cell phones! It is so true that we as mothers & wives, caretakers, lose who we are. Then years later, wonder "What now? What is MY life supposed to be about? Am I supposed to be happy?" We've put ourselves aside for so long to care for others, that we've forgotten about ourselves. This movie is a reminder that we need to make sure that we are also taking care of our needs - no one else is going to do it for us! We certainly should've learned that over the years. CG

This is a great movie that shows the real struggles of relationships and what a difference a person can make in ones life. It showed that sometimes we need to take a risk and make tough decisions. Life can turn around if we are willing to invest the time and think of others before yourself. I loved that the main characters weren't afraid to be honest and the tenderness that developed in their relationship. It was an unexpected but very touching ending.

Most people in the theatre with me thought it was too depressing, terrible ending and we all cheered together that we needed to see A major comedy asap. Too depressing

Total chick flick. no pay off . Absolutely depressing. The best thing about the movie was Geres car
and they didn't show it much, but it did sound real healthy (vrooom)!

The movie was slow moving at times. Diane Lane did a good job with her character and Richard Gere is easy on the eyes! I did not like the ending at all. Not very uplifting.
