Didn't see the first movie but had a free pass to see a sneak peek of this sequel. A good movie to take the kids or grandkids to, very clean PG fun, some nice effects and it keeps moving along. A few moments that adults will enjoy, especially Hank Azaria's performance. The rest of the cast walk through their roles or are generally annoying, even the usually reliable Amy Adams. The best acting is probably provided by an animated group of Albert Einstein bobblehead dolls, but I don't think anybody going to see this movie would expect anything more.

The first one was HILARIOUS and amazing! Ben Stiller is pretty much wonderful, his sense of humor and style of comedy always makes me crack up. And yet, despite the fame the first movie got, and how funny it was, and the high expectations everyone has for this film--I actually think it will be BETTER than the first one! And do you know why? It's quite simple actually. Our dear, lovely Amy Adams is in this one. I happen to be an extreme fan of Miss Adams', and take it from me: she really is enchanting. I have seen 11 films with her in them, and she has yet to let me down. There is no possible way this movie can go down with her in it. Even IF the plot ends up being not-so-great, I have no doubt that I will leave the cinema saying, "Well, the movie was O.K. But Amy was AMAZING!" So, even if you didn't like the first too terribly much, I encourage you to go see this film to see Amy Adams performance, I'm sure she'll make it worth your while. I know I'll be at the theatre on opening night!

I would have enjoyed the movie if it weren't for the fact that the movie is preaching a liberal agenda. Amelia Earhart represents Hillary Clinton, Abraham Lincoln Represents B.O. (Barak Obama) and George Custard represents George Bush.
Frankly, I am sick and tired of people bashing Bush. Let's see how safe we stay over the next 4 years with all the terrorist released from Gitmo.....And Honest Abe says in "there are good days ahead"....I hope so, but we will see. If things don't pan out as everyone is hoping for our Union there will be a lot of disappointed folks...
The movie mentions Amelia paving the way for the black flyers and Abe comes in and saves the day. It also speaks about Custard being famous for being a failure at war.... But oh, well whats new, everyone with any "light" knows hollywood is preaching their liberal agenda at every opportunity and trying to destroy anyone that opposes it. I felt inclined to warn you conservatives out there.

I grew up in Chicago and fell in love with the Museum of Science & Industry plus numerous other great Museum's. I always wanted to hide in one of the exhibits until everyone left because I knew it would come alive. I was so taken by the first that this one was even better...to me....someone who loved the dream.
