For Teens & Young Adults
I enjoyed this movie, but would have loved it when I was younger. I seems like everything Michael Cera says is funny, and his character is usually easy to relate with. He is is an "everyman" for his generation. This movie successfully blends lots of interesting new music, humor, a night in the city, romantic tension, and mystery. This movie is overly adolescent for me -- lots of gross-out, slapstick, and stereotypical humor, but this is just part of the mix. It's the part of the mix that I guess would appeal more to teens & young adults, and diminishes my appreciation a bit.
