    Good for what it is

I took my 11 yr old to see this and we both thought it was pretty good. I mean it's not Oscar worthy but it's entertaining which is the whole point right?

    Never Back Down

This movie was very well made. A lot of fighting for a PG-13 movie but it was exciting. The actors played great roles and acted well. The movie is very motivating to work out and train. Overall good for teens not good movie for a family to see.

Nothing can describe how amazing this movie is

Never Back Down was my new favorite movie of all-time. I loved this movie so much. I would go see it over and over again. I would even pay full price each time. This movie had so many great messages. It was a great fighting movie. It makes me want to take up mixed martial arts. This movie proved to you that you fighting isn't to show you that your stronger or better. It's to show your opponent that you dont want to fight him again. I think that you should get respect for even having the guts to stand up for yourself and fight. This movie title pretty much explains it all for this movie. I thought that the story behind this movie was so great. It wasn't just one little story. It had way more than you think to the story. The acting was very good all around. Sean Farris was very good and I loved how he was never going to give up. Amber Heard and him were a perfect couple for eachother in this movie. Overall I thyink this was the best movie of 2008 and all teens should see this movie.

    Never Back Down

     by  DLH52

I thought the movie was very good. Reminded me of a modern day Katate Kid. I liked the way the trianer enforced discipline and patience, not ill-tempered fighting. It liked the way both the lead character and the instructor learned a good lesson from all the events. I'd recommend the movie to friends.

Never Back Down ... my review

Think an updated version of The Karate Kid and there is Never Back Down ... it was entertaining and told a story and with that said there is nothing else to really add. I mean I could have waited for the DVD release and had been just as entertained but in the comfort of my home at a cheaper price.

If you the movie-goer wishes to see this film, I would wait for the DVD release or better yet rent the Karate Kid and look for the similarities as I did.

Never Back Down is the new Karate Kid

     by  kaw001

This movie is just an updated version of Karate Kid. Bully beats up new kid in school. New kid trains with foreigner, gets good in just a short amount of time, new kid steals bullies girlfriend, there's a tournament at the end, and the new kid earns respect from the bully. It was a good movie if you want to see how fake high school life is like too. But it was okay I guess.

    Never Back Down Review

     by  Poolely

The movie had some good action and nice eye candy. The ending was predictable. Good guy wins. Other than that, I liked it.

    Never over

     by  zimmjm

My 12 year-old loved the movie. It was more for the tween crowd. Only excitement was the last fight scene. If you are a fan of the UFC, you will be disappointed. If you are a kid who likes to watch people bullied and see a bunch of girls in bikinis, this is for you.
