Cute, But SERIOUSLY Flawed
The premise of this movie is cool, but the execution is sophomoric. I won't be specific for the benefit of those who want to see it. However, when an illogical plot element is so glaring that I immediately caught it, that indicates that the writer and producers assume the audiences are idiots who don't pay attention to details. The character of Ryan was unable to be a party to the lawsuit. Enough said.
It has it's humorous and heart-tugging moments, but it is a shame that a premise this good is marred by inconsistencies and glaring omissions. Where is the wife of Chris Pratt's character? She is never mentioned. How did a disbarred attorney end up being a caregiver to four toddlers? What the hell?
The only time worth viewing this is when it comes to regular cable, not pay-per-view. A major waste,
