AVENGERS WAS AWESOME

WE WENT AT 10:20PM BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT BUT THE EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME....ALTHOUGH THE THEATER COULD USE A BETTER AC SYSTEM IT WAS SO HOT LIKE IN THE 80'S...REALLY HOT THE WORST PART WAS THAT THE MOVIE WAS AWESOME AND WE HAD TO BE FANNING OUR SELVES BECAUSE OF THE HEAT... BUT BACK TO THE MOVIE IT WAS EPIC.. :D

Absolutely awesome.

Whedon really hits the team dynamic out of the park and did the (usually) impossible by having Mark Ruffallo realize the PERFECT Bruce Banner and the all too rare Hulk who can think and (although even rarer) speak. Every character manages to feel useful (except Maria Hill) including Renner's Hawkeye and Johansson's Black Widow. A Must see. I can't wait for the sequel with the villain post credits :-).

Joss Whedon and The Avengers...A MARVEL!

This is by far the best Comic/Action film I can remember seeing! WOW. Very near perfection.

I was worried that Loki wouldn't be evil enough...I was wrong. He's a sick one.

The Hulk is FINALLY done right, Tony Stark is, well, Tony Stark; I will never tired of Robert Downey, Jr. in that role. Thor is rockin' but seemed a bit on the periphery. Captain America is better in this than he was in his own movie (during which, I nearly walked out ). And I have to say...I want a Black Widow/Hawkeye movie! I just LOVE Hawkeye!

There were only two things I disliked about this movie...one of which I cannot reveal, the other is that Hawkeye has been largely ignored thus far. Joss Whedon fans and Marvel fans will not be disappointed! -And a nice bonus is that you do not have to be either one to enjoy this movie...it is just PLAIN AWESOMENESS.

Browncoats may experience a few giddy moments of deja-vu....I found the air battle scenes echoed those Serenity.

Avengers

I watched it in 3D Great!!! movie, the action was incredible, the acting was great, had some really good funny moments. it was the best super hero movie i've seen to date.

Avengers are AWESOME!

This movie is all fun, all comedy, all action! From the first five minutes on, this movie has it all. Action, comedy and excitement. The acting was great, the comdedic pace was great and the scenes were great. The SHIELD Helicarrier is absolutely awesome! So much of this movie was right on pace with the actual comic boo (which the geeks will squeak over). Every hero had their scenes, no one was crowded into a rushed scene and each character had their 'momemt'. That made for a complete movie from start to finish. I LOVED IT!

One of the Greatest Action movies of all time

Everyone is used to things being over-rated espically in the arena of movies. However this is one of the best action movies. The plot remains engaging throughout the entire movie and the action doesn't get slow at any point. I would rate this one of the best movies that I've ever seen, right up there with all time classics like "Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade". Even people who aren't big comic book fans will be able to appreciate this film, although it would help if you've followed the more recent movies involving these characters (Iron Man, Thor, Captain America). I would say that it would be alright for kids as young as maybe 10-12 to see, it does remain pretty tame by today's standards. The IMAX experience really adds a lot to the quality of the action sequences, I intend to see it more than just once. A great contribution to the Genere, don't miss it!

The Avengers

This is a must see. I am loathe to say why, because I don't want to give anything away. It is action, comedy and a non stop adreneiline rush. One thing, do not leave when they start rolling the credits and wait until after all credits are done to leave the theater. That's all I'm saying go see it for yourself and you'll understand why I say that. Great family movie. We took our 3 and 6 year old grandsons, and they were mesmerized.

It is definitely one that will go on our purchase list when released in blue ray and dvd.

If you like non stop action and comedy, this is one for you.

Very little swearing or blood, so if you have younger children into action figures that want to see the movie, by all means take them.
For my generation (baby boomers) that grew up on Marvel Comic Books, you will enjoy this action-packed adventure. It is difficult to single out any super hero as better than the others, because it was such a wonderful collaberation of action figures. Just go see it!

The Avengers

This is a MUST SEE! The Avengers is going to be the film to beat this summer. Excellent effects, a tight and surprising script and Action, Action, Action! Joss Whedon is brilliant and does not fail the faithful! Very well acted, with surprises that do not disappoint. Start your summer right, and head out to see this is all its splendor in Imax 3D!

The Avengers

The IMAX experience for this movie was amazing! Superheros are meant to be on the LARGE screen. We totally want our superheros to be larger than life itself. The one line dialogue works for many of the scenes.

While I'm not one to love the CGI fight scenes I loved when the superheros worked together and were able to give each other information on how to defeat the bad guys.

I will be seeing it again to see what eye candy I may have missed the first time.

Epic!!!!!!!!

Aside from being a comic book fanatic since the early 80's, this is a must see movie!!! Ever since I was young I've been waiting for all these marvel movies to come out. The Hulk ft.Ed Norton all the way up to Captain America has tied perfectly into each other. Samuel L. Jackson(one of my favorite actors) has made a perfect Nick Fury & I was kinda bummed out they didnt keep Mr.norton as Bruce till I seen Mr. Ruffalo as the new Bruce (EXCELLENT CHOICE!) The end of the movie adds sooooo much excitment to true marvel fans!!!!! Now I want to know if we're gonna see Infinity Gauntlet up to Secret Wars?????? With the Fantastic 4 not being remade are we gonna see The Watcher & Galactus??? Whats Next???????????

Best Sci Fi/Action Movie Ever Made.. Period

Run, dont walk to see this. The writing, action and effects are phenominal. Pulls all of the movies together and all of the characters are fantastic as a team. Do yourself a favor and see it in IMAX 3D

Heroes unite! Avengers is all that AND a bag of chips

This is the film that Marvel fans have waited for. From beginning to end, the movie flows at a good pace with a balance of action and comedy. Watch the scene at the end of credits.

Great outing for the whole family.

Cinematic roller coaster ride

This movie is for people who like to go to the movies for a good time! Don't go in expecting to find the meaning of life or some art house type of full-of-itself dramatic piece. Buy some popcorn sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Avengers

In my comic book collecting days, I was not a big fan of the Avengers as I am more of Spiderman and X-Men fan. But this movie blew me away. I was told to not wait until the movie comes on to eat popcorn or whatever as I could end up choking in the process. I glad I took his advice.The movie took me up and down emotionally so fast I would had put myself in danger trying to eat during the movie, If for any other reason to go, find why Loki should keep his mouth shut while talking to the Avengers(especially the Hulk.).

Fun Flick

Fun movie, especially at IMAX in 3D. My key critierion as to whether I stay in a movie is whether or not I constantly look at my watch. 2:30 hours flew by.
