    Pretty Awesome

    It was pretty Awesome! they developed each character pretty well. 2.5 hour movie didnt seem that long. Can't wait for the next series the scene at the end opens up so many possibilities!

    Intense and Witty Avengers

    Really enjoyed the movie. I already went in with high expectations having seen the previous movies contributing to the series. I was not disappointed. Thanks to the previous movies, most of the characters were already well developed. Even so, this movie re-introduced everyone to the trademark characteristics of each super-hero. They continued to develop, as needed when switching to team-play after previously flying solo. The plot was well constructed even though some of the scenarios (like the war) lacked some originality. Joss Whedon did well with highlighting the unique strengths of the super-heroes with witty scripts and physical displays of strength.

    Saw it once...Can't wait to go again!!!

    Quite the ride

    I'd heard a lot of hype about this movie which led to my being reserved about it. "How good could it be?" I'm pleased to say that I enjoyed it. Every minute of it. The Avengers were always quire the team in comic form but the casting in this movie really propels it. Plus, anything Joss touches turns to gold.

    The one setback: the small child seated to my immediate right - not mine - who would NOT stop talking the entire time. His father sat to his right and he kept asking, Daddy, is that Iron Man? What is he doing? Can he fly? Is that the Hulk? Why is he mad? Who is that? What is he doing?" You get the idea. Parents, unless your kids are comic book fans, or have an understanding of the characters, or are able to behave themselves in a movie theater, please consider leaving them with a sitter while you get your nerd on. I paid $15 for my ticket, and I missed quite a bit of the dialog because of this child. (The father did nothing. Not a word.)

    Freakin' Epic!

    I was skeptical that this movie was going to be a disappointment. Wrong answer. Great plot, great action, great acting. Get off of your *** and go see it!

    The pinnacle of modern cinema

    Once again, Josh Whedon shows that he is a god of filmmaking. The script was one of the best parts in a movie. It had amazing action, humor, and characters. See this movie, and see it in theaters.

    The Avengers

    I really enjoyed it. All of its moments were tense and amazing. It had humor and great acting to pull the humor off. Its action scenes were really good. The only thing I found that I wanted different is that I wish the movie were longer. It was barely 2 hours. Other than that, I found it extremely enjoyable, and I will definitely be going to see it again.

    Avengers Rocks!

    this comic book movie really surprised me , all i can say is - EPIC!! I LOVED IT! would highly recommend it. i think the writers did a great job, the come backs were good, and tastefully done as if they were like me and you, loved all the action, and there really wasn't a dull moment, be sure to sit through the credits to watch BOTH scenes, the last one is at the end of the credits,

    Must see Movie

    My husband and I only go to movies when they're worth the money for the ticket and a sitter and this was defitnately worth it. It has a lot of action and a great story line. I would recommend this to anyone.

    THE ULTIMATE MARVEL MOVIE YET!!!!

    Oh Man!!!!

    This Movie is beyond what any of us could have expected. The plot, the sense of humor, special effects I just couldn't get enough of, but I promise they really out did themselves on this one. Do yourself a TREAT and GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!! The Incredible Hulk is AWESOME!!!! Don't forget to stay during the credits for a little teaser. Check it out; you won't be disappointed.

    Avengers Assemble!

    As awesome as you expected, and then, more so. Every character is amazing, from hero to villian. I've seen it twice in one weekend for this reason.

    You'll set it because of all the hype

    I had heard so much about it breaking box office records, etc. My expectations were extremely high as a result. Overall special effects were outstanding, but story line was just ok. No real surprises, somewhat predictable. I enjoyed it, but felt it was just an ok movie.

    GO NOW!!!!

    Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. This movie was amazing. So well done, not cheesy at all. Comic relief in the way on Robert Downey Jr can do. And Mark Ruffalo was a fabulous Hulk. I plan to see it again.

    That's how it should be done

    This movie proves that a great superhero team movie CAN be done. It retains the same feel of the original material and characters while telling an original story in a new and exciting way. I loved every minute of it.
