    Top Gun in 3D

    The only way to watch Top Gun

    I"m a pretty big fan of Top Gun and have even dressed up as Goose for Halloween on several occaisions. I was a skeptic to the quality of the 3D and sounds since this was filmed in the 80's. But I was wrong. Those fight seens are specacular and enjoyed every second of it. My girlfriend and I walked out of the theater with giant smiles on our face. What a great way to watch a classic!!!!!!

    Movie Still Great--Just a Poor/Limited 3D Conversion

    Loved the movie since I first saw it years ago and was excited to see the 3D version. The scenes in the air were barely average in 3D and looks like cost avoidance prevented any real effort for the rest of the movie. Really bad reflections in the plane canopies were a major distraction. Just enough done to warrant another ticket buy for the IMAX experience. Go in with low expectations for the 3D contribution and let the IMAX theater experience reaquaint you with a fun flick.
