    Dont waste your money!

    We were excited to go and at the end felt like we needed a refund. What a huge disappointment! We did not think it was scary at all!

    Very forgettable

    I remember absolutely hating the first Last Exorcism. After seeing Part II when it opened last week, I can honestly say that I remember nothing about it. So in that respect it was even worse than the first one. Just a very boring, shallow, and frankly dumb movie with not even a single scene that makes you say, "I wish there was more of that." Looking forward to when this "last" exorcism finally ends.

    Disappointment

    My friends and I were so geeked to see this film. We were hoping to pee our pants from the horror. I didn't plan on paying that much to take a nap. :-(

    You have to evaluate this film on your own.

    The title is tricky as this film has nothing to do with exorcism, but it's exact opposite; that of conjuring and bringing the demonic into our three-dimensional space time continuum. If you do not have knowledge of demonology, black-magic, Christianity, deliverance ministry, and exorcism ritual proper, then you will be on the outside of the film looking in and saying, "what the heck is this." If your atheist, or a non-believer, or all of the above, then you may be bored to tears.

    Conversely, if you are involved in deliverance ministry and spiritual warfare, then this film will help you to understand how humans are a doorway species for demonic entities. If you are a master practitioner of the dark arts, then of course you will love his movie.

    Very tricky depending on your knowledge. It is scary all right and you will be clutching your rosary beads and saying silent Hail Mary's so you do not go home with a nasty demon.

    Interesting!

    I thought thew movie was interesting but hard to understand if you haven't seen the first. I personally don't like the exorcism stuff, but this movie wasn't terrifying. I wouldn't bring a young child to see this movie because some events are very disturbing.

    The Last Exorcism Part 2

    This is a crappy sequel to a so-so movie [2010's 'The Last Exorcism' , plus , how can you have a sequel to a movie that has 'The Last' in the title ? Oh yeah , the first one made enough money for what it cost to make it] . Ashley plays the possessed girl from the first movie that is now trying to live a normal life . She has recurring dreams about the earlier events [from the first movie] so she goes to a half-way house/center for people with emotional problems . Muse is the head honcho in charge of the center . When Ashley starts seeing Louis , her dead father , David is called in for his assistance [David is an exorcist] .
    It's not very scary , more dumb than anything .
    It's rated "PG-13" for violence and language and has a running time of 1 hour & 28 minutes .
    I would not buy this on DVD . I would not rent it , either . If you want to see it , wait until it comes to cable .
