    Olympus Has Fallen

I thought it was a little slow getting to the plot of the movie but once there. The action was continuous and never a dull moment. Really enjoyed it.

    Amazing

I was sitting up in my seat from begging to end. This movie is amazing, it's well written, well planned and well executed. Gerard Butler did an amazing job at his character. I just loved it.

    cliche action movie

Basically lots of violence with little storyline, use of profanity was excessive, and it portrayed the top leaders of our country as weak under the threat of a terrorist. I still found it entertaining.

Mannnnnnnnnnn, that movie is awesome. Since I arrive to this country this is the best movie that I have ever seen. My advice, spend the money, buy the tickets and you will spend 2 incredible hours watching this movie.

    Predictable

Loved all the actors in it and I like action movies but this one was a little too predictable......Might make a great video game with Banning as the hero going around saving the world.

    Rainy Day Action Movie

This was just a decent movie to go see. It's more of a movie that you'll put on your rainy day list. You know, the movies you watch if you happen across it on cable and the weather is horrible outside.

The characters are cardboard and you'll not get attached to any of them, including the main character. Many of the characters really serve no real purpose.

The action would be decent but it's shot so dark that you'll spend most of the movie watching very dark scenes or scenes with a lot of blinding gun flash, and that's about it.

Much of the CG is laughably b-movie bad.

    This is the absolute..

    by

..worst movie ever made. It's a rip off of so many other movies yet so poorly written and acted that I think I want my money back and the producers should have to pay me to have seen it. It doesn't even qualify for a poor made chest thumping military recruiting advertisement, anyone who has seen it would certainly walk away with the feeling that not only can we not protect the white house from harm but our entire country is utterly helpless at the sight of gunfire. This trash on celluloid is truly the absolute worst movie I have seen since Reds, with Warren Beatty.
Gerard Butler acts a poorly written "Die Hard" in DC character. Morgan Freeman's only good line was when he told an incompetently acted Army General to shut his pie hole and Aaron Eckhart as president is just simply the biggest boob president since Jack Nicholson in "Mars Attacks" The should have killed this turkey before it ever made it to production, not we'll have to endure DVD and Netflix reruns. Hated it.

    Sit back and enjoy!!!!!!!

I NEVER go to these big blockbuster action movies after seeing so many made just for kids.
THIS ONE IS AWESOME. I can't believe I am doing this review. The people who put this film together should be applauded big time.

The movie promises more than it delivers
Has great action, improbable plot, and fair performances by all actors
    Fair direccion and good editing

Good for adults and young people alike
Gerald Butler is superb the others so-so

    Olympus? Not quite

    by DTn3D

Olympus has fallen, will leave you feeling with a sense of American pride, but for a new movie experience, "been there; done that" comes to mind.

Without giving away too much of the plot (that was already done through the trailers), you get a sense of Bruce Willis in "Die Hard". One man against the world, and instead of bumbling police, they leave that role for the United States Military.

It was a good movie for my wife and I on a date night. Especially, since AMC has "Dine-In" movie theaters which are well worth the extra bucks.

    Awesome Flick

    by

The years best flick thus far. This film makes you feel the action from the beginning to the end. At the same time, it gives you a very probable scenario, where other films play in fantasy this is real time action packed, and hard hitting every step of the way.
