Haunted House

We went to the movie last night, it was a sold out theatre... We laughed so hard! It was very funny, the ending wasnt so good, the last 15 minutes kinda sucked.... but it was worth seeing!As far as kid friendly, there are some scenes and conversations which shouldnt be seen or heard by young children. So teenagers maybe, 17 or older..

this was a great movie bought tickets for my daughter, cousin and her girlfriend to go they had an amazing time and said they cried, laughed they was a great movie overall :)

I really wanted to see this movie as it appeared to be a spectacular spoof. I was pretty dissapointed in that it turned out to be quite misogynistic. There were also an inordinate number of very negative homoerotic referrences. I fried made the point however that the genre that Wayans is spoofing glorifies the very same ideals. Very true but still not sure that Wayans himself wasn't buying into it hook line and sinker. Don't go unless you have a strong sense of where you stand on these issues. You might otherwise be really disturbed by what you see,

Good Movie

This movie was pretty funny. Marlon, in my eyes, is the funniest of all brothers anyways so that is why i went to see it. They make fun of a lot of today's culture and the humor is mostly for late teens to mid 20's age. I laughed throughout the whole movie since i knew who and what they were taking shots at. If you didn't get the jokes then you were either too old or not familiar with black/hispanic comedy. Good movie in my opinion. I'll watch a part 2 if marlon comes out in it. Marlon and Shawn need to start appearing in the scary movies' again. It is not the same without them.

Not Worth Movie Theater Money

It was funny...very funny, but not worth the amount of money that I paid for the ticket. This was the type of movie that you would find on netflix and watch. Not the type that you would pop in the dvd player with a few friends and watch. Just not. Sorry. I hope that you all could have done better. I'm SO looking forward to the next Scary Movie coming out soon! That looked hilarious!

Paranormal Fun!

Thank goodness for Marlon Wayans for saving parodies; we all know that they were going by the way side; once, the Wayans took a break. So, glad, that this project was insanely funny. The entire cast contributed to a well put together spoof on the senseless "based on a true story" horror films. I must admit, I was iffy, about the movie, but all-in-all it was a great way to kick back and laugh after a long hectic week. However, I do not suggest that you take small children.

Very funny, but very crude!!!

I saw it opening night. The theater wasn't too crowded. Anyway, started off with a boom. Couldn't stop laughing until i left. Most of the movie, though, was sexual, drug, and alcohol.
The acting wasnt bad. the story line was a bit rigid, but the comedy pulled me away from critiquing this movie all too much. 1 part in the near beging did lag a bit of humour and it was hard to get the joke. All in all: A-

IT WAS NOT A GOOD MOVIE AT ALL. IT'S NOT WORTH THE $8.00 TO GO SEE IT. IT HAD SOME FUNNY PARTS. THE ACTING WAS NOT GOOD. I WISH I COULD HAVE WAITED SEE IT FOR FREE.

Terrible

It was a spoof of paranormal activity which I hated paranormal activity !! Not my kind of movie some funny parts but he's made much better movies then this , I feel like we wasted our money !!

The movie was great, too short, but very intertaining. It could have showed more key stars and less gay scenes. But all in all Funny,Funny,Funny. U must go see

Not for the kiddies

It was a typical Wayan brother joint...alittle over the top with the sex stuff especially with the stuffed animals. Got quite boring in the middle of the movie....time waster if you have nothing to do....I would suggest you watch this if your friend gets it from the Red Box.

Very Funny Movie

We thought it was hilarious. There were a few areas where it's not as funny, but the majority of the movie was hysterical. However, please note that you have to have a good sense of humor and not take life too seriously to enjoy this one.

Not for children under 18. Not for adults over 40. I went with my 18 y.o. son who absolutely loved it. If given a choice, I wont even pay to see it on video or ppv. Better to wait until it makes it -- if possible -- to tv.

Mostly Marlon showing off his A$$

Had it's funny moments, but I could have done with all the humping on the teddy and Marlon using his film to go around butt naked like he has done on so many of his other films. Now if he was doing that with Essence Atkins that would have been a different story but I know she probably wasn't havin that.

a good laugh

the movie was an entertaining movie to say the least. My brother and I have seen our fair share of movies and were cracking up for most of the film. There were a lot of times where it was just us laughing because we were the only one who got the jokes...there are a lot of references from other movies and pop culture that if you aren't familiar with your going to not find the humor. Over all a good laugh
