    A HAUNTED HOUSE

    by mtetro

It was hilarious!! I laugh so hard I cried and I want to go see it again!!

A bit graphic and alot of adult content, not for children, but a definite "must see"

    HILARIOUS

Marlon Wayans did an outstanding job being that it is his 1st solo film. I was amazed that he wrote and produced the film as well. I couldn't stop laughing from beginning to the end. I can't wait to see what he has next in the future. If you want to laugh this is a must see movie. Definitely a top pick out of the last 5 movies I have seen in under 3weeks.Great Job!!!!

Really funny but gay humor also

    by

The movie is not fitted for kids at all and there were some in the one we went too. It is very funny but there was a nice chunk of gay humor that I didn't care for. It was not at all what I expected.

    Same ol' Same ol'

    by

Poop, vular sex acts, stupidity and bad acting. All that makes for a dull useless movie. Nothing shocked me other then I was suprised it was written by full grown adults and not a bunch of smoked out half retarded frat boys. NO NO NO don't waste your time.

"The Keys are on the Floor"

I was anxious to see A Haunted House when I first heard its release. However I couldn't help but feel this was a slight rip off of Scary Movie. I had a few giggles and there were a few times I even got scared. But many of times I thought it boring. Even so boring I forgot I seen it. Scary Movie was epic and I feel Marlon Wayans tried to regain that but this was a failure. I may rent this on Redbox when it comes out but I wouldn't buy the DVD.

    Better than I expected

I love comedy movies specially parodies. Having seen paranormal activity i think they did a pretty decent job with this one. Definitely not better than Scary Movie but I liked the concept.

    The Haunted House

    by Lori216

I wasn't sure about seeing this movie when I heard it was a spoof of other movies as I am not a fan of them. There were maybe three or four short references to other movies. Our family went and enjoyed it immensely. Some sexual content may be awkward for younger kids. I would caution taking anyone younger than 15 or so. The movie carried through well and didn't drag. It was entertaining throughout.

    Stupid, But Funny

There are a few scenes that were uproariously funny but for the most part the film was chuckle funny. Mostly my inner monologue was "Okay..." with a tolerant smile.

    A quick review.

The trailer leaves a lot to be desired, I know; but the movie lives up to the "hype". The movie is really funny and everything you'd expect in a funny "horror parody". But sadly, that's the only thing that's positive about the movie. The movie lacks a true plot and an actual story that's captivating. But I guess that's comedy movies don't really need that. Marlon Wayans & Cedric The Entertainer are hilarious. If you like to laugh, I would recommend seeing this movie. It's a good time (: (don't bring kids under the age of 14 with you though).

    It's a pretty funny movie!

I actually liked this movie, but I didn't laugh as often as I was expecting. There were moments in the movie where I knew was going to happen by just looking at the trailer and that (I think) give it away sometimes.
It's a fun movie to go with your friends and just have a good time laughing about it and sharing your favorite parts because there will be some.
It's a modern comedy movie where young audiences will like it even more with all the naked butts and crazy things that happens through out the movie.

Well, I guess this is it. This has been my first review on Fandango, so if you liked my review and think of going to see this movie because of comments similar to mine. BE MY GUEST.

    Teenage Boys Loved It

    by 2Rivers

My son and his three friends went to see A Haunted House. They said, "it was funny and we all had a good time watching it."

    Not for This 63-year-old

It wasn't what I expected, which is usually a good thing. I won't give away any "plot" points, but this movie is definitely for teen-20s set. I did laugh out loud now and then, but not too many of the 20-or-so people in the theater laughed along with me. Guess my humor is for the older set. A good bit of bathroom humor (not my thing), and under the covers explicit sex.

Go see it if those things appeal to you.

    Bloody Hell No!

Basically those that created this movie think we're all idiots and can be entertained with the least imaginative, base attempts at humor that are even conceivable. It's a shame that anyone is going to make money off of this collection of mindless, trash. Where's Tyler Perry when you need him??

    A Haunted House

Of course when I seen the trailer I had to go and see this movie. I took my 13 year old son and my 15 year old nephew along with me. Boy was I in for a surprise. One..there was 2 much sex in this movie that I was not aware of. I was truly pissed when this happened, due to my kids being there. I would NOT recommend taking your children to see this movie. A good friend of mine told me taking the kids would be ok, so I took their word for it. I am so disapponinted at how this movie turned out. Besides the sex seens the movie did have some funny parts. Glad I only spent $6 to see the movie. But DONT take your kids, I cant stress that enough.
