Simply Funny

I was glad to see Marlon branch off and star in something without the rest of the tons of Wayans and I didn't think this movie would be that funny but I def thought it would be worth catching...Shocked me because it had some hilarious scenes!! It got a little dry for a moment with some parts in the middle where you can tell Cedric and the rest of the guys were trying too hard but most of Marlon's stuff was really funny! I def recommend checking this out

Off The Hook Funny

A Haunted House was a funny movie. I definitely enjoyed it to the utmost. I did not go into the theater with any expectations whatsoever so I was not disappointed in the least. It was one of those movies that you cannot help but to laugh from start to finish. I wouldn't recommend you to take your children to see this film. There was a lot of over the top sexual scenes, which were crazy but it added to the humor of the film. I am a fan of silly movies and this one was definitely one for the ages. My girlfriend and laughed all the way through it. This movie is not for those lacking a sense of humor. I loved it.

You Should go, Depending on What You Think is Funny

The funniest parts were when the dog died and he totally freaked out ( not when the dog died), and also when Kesha just randomly started dancing when she was possesed by the ghost. There was ALOT of innapropriate parts tho! There was even more of that stuff than the movie Ted! Way too much nasty stuff goin' on in that movie. Over all, I'd give the movie a 5 out of 10, so, in school, that'd be an +F!!!!!!

Not for This 63-year-old

It wasn't what I expected, which is usually a good thing. I won't give away any "plot" points, but this movie is definitely for teen-20s set. I did laugh out loud now and then, but not too many of the 20-or-so people in the theater laughed along with me. Guess my humor is for the older set. A good bit of bathroom humor (not my thing), and under the covers explicit sex.

Go see it if those things appeal to you.

A Haunted House --- Painful to Watch

A Haunted House is a Rated R spoof of Paranormal Activity. Don't take the kids unless you don't mind being embarassed by over-the-top vulgar humor. I don't have a problem with the Wayans' humor. The problem is that this movie was not as funny as I thought it would be. Yes I did laugh during some scenes...but overall, it was dull and boring and for 90 minutes, I felt I had been there much longer.

Save yourself about $15 bucks, an if you must, wait for it on DVD. Going to the theater for this one is definitely not worth it. I say pass.

The Haunted House

I wasn't sure about seeing this movie when I heard it was a spoof of other movies as I am not a fan of them. There were maybe three or four short references to other movies. Our family went and enjoyed it immensely. Some sexual content may be awkward for younger kids. I would caution taking anyone younger than 15 or so. The movie carried through well and didn't drag. It was entertaining throughout.

A funny and bizar Haunted house movie, nothing gory in it.

I thought the movie was light, at times funny to sometimes down right silly. I thought it was a good movie. I saw it last night during Superbowl Sunday, so the attendance was VERY light in the theatre, which made it a little strange because I would have enjoyed the laughter of others during the movie. But other than that, it was a good flick.

Dumb *** movie

This movie sucked i wished i didnt pay money to see this movie it was bad. this is not a movie for children, the only funny part of the movie was when marlon Wayne was assaulted by the ghost, and Essence Atkins wad just awful in this movie i think she made the movie worst. So what ever you do dont go and see this movie or rent it. It was a waste of $11.50

Do you like "Scary Movie" series? If so, MUST GO. If not.. still go. THIS MOVIE IS THE FUNNIEST MOVIE.

Btw. Texas chainsaw that just came out was not good. Not good at all.

Stupid, stupid waste of money.

While there were one or two hilarious scenes, the movie as a whole was a waste of money. The movie takes you through personal recordings of Marlon Wayans and his live-in girlfriend as they "test out" their new camera from Best Buy and new video home recording system. The camera work, therefore, is somewhat shoddy throughout the movie. Lacking a real point and a real conclusion, the scenes contained within were just pointless and stupid. I wasn't expecting film brilliance, but I WAS expecting more comedy throughout. Don't waste your money on this film...if you're THAT intrigued, wait for it to come out on video.

One of the worst i have evaaa seen

there has to be a bit of ignorance to make this movie and decide, ok we are going to sell it to cinemas. How did the Wayans think that this was not over the top, trashy, and just not funny. this movie was 117minutes too long. a waste of film. i have seen terrible steven segal movies that were way better than this. this made rush hour 3 look really funny now that i think about it

I want my money back

I'm usually a big fan of the Wayans campy films, but this one isn't one of their best. Most of the jokes were juvenile toilet humor at best, and sometimes went on too long. There were a few moments that made me laugh out loud, but not enough to be worth the 10 dollars I paid to see it. Save your money, wait for the DVD.

Worst movie ever

What were they thinking. This is boring and so stupid. Waste of money and I am sure the Wayne brothers will be sad that this is what people will relate them to. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
