I wanted to see a stupid, senseless movie that would make me laugh, and this fit the bill. There were lots of laugh out loud scenes. Having said that, this movie had more to do with Marlon's obsession with all things sex than a haunted anything. Ridiculous amount of sexually explicit scenes and innuendos. But seriously, the 10 year old kid sitting a couple of seats away with her mom (quality parenting), has got to be scarred for life by the acts Marlon committed with innocent stuffed animals.

WHAT WAS MARLON THINKING???

I was excited to see a waynes brother movie, it suck the first few minutes in started i did not stay thru the end i really wanted my money BACK!!!! NOT GONNA BE FOOLED AGAIN BY THESE BROTHERS MOVIES TO ME THE ARE NOW THE BLACK ADAMS SANDLERS AND WILL FERREL OF THE MOVIE WORLD!!!

I felt this was a great movie kept me laughing so till i was in tears It is a must see movie. For adults only because of the sexual content. 2 thumbs up

hilarious

This movie was hilarious! i was dying laughing the entire time. I wondered why it was rated R but i quickly understood with MANY sexual references and scenes but nothing bad, it's all hilarious. This is one of the best movies i've seen in awhile that's made me really actually laugh. Wayans brothers are back !

This is the DUMBEST movie I have EVER seen! I'm surprised something as BAD has this movie was even allowed on the big screen. Dont waste your time or money, you will be upset like I am!

Hilarious

It was one of the funniest movies i have ever seen, it was kind of dirty. but it was hilarious. great movie. not for kids under 18 though.

One of the worst i have evaaa seen

there has to be a bit of ignorance to make this movie and decide, ok we are going to sell it to cinemas. How did the Wayans think that this was not over the top, trashy, and just not funny. this movie was 117minutes too long. a waste of film. i have seen terrible steven segal movies that were way better than this. this made rush hour 3 look really funny now that i think about it

It's a pretty funny movie!

I actually liked this movie, but I didn't laugh as often as I was expecting. There were moments in the movie where I knew was going to happen by just looking at the trailer and that (I think) give it away sometimes.
It's a fun movie to go with your friends and just have a good time laughing about it and sharing your favorite parts because there will be some.
It's a modern comedy movie where young audiences will like it even more with all the naked butts and crazy things that happens through out the movie.

Well, I guess this is it. This has been my first review on Fandango, so if you liked my review and think of going to see this movie because of comments similar to mine. BE MY GUEST.

Hilarious!! Marlon Wayans is a laugh riot

We saw it last night and we laughed throughout. It was great. Liked how the story of a couple moving in together and the fears of that were intermixed and with the parody of fears that come with movies like Paranormal, The Exorcist and Amityville.

Marlon Wayans and Essence Atkins play very well off each other. They made a sweet couple and also had great comic timing. I really cared about the couple besides laughing at the goings on of the 'ghost'.

The gags were greats. Cedric the Entertainer was particularly funny in his role as a nefarious priest come to release the demon.

A Haunted House

Of course when I seen the trailer I had to go and see this movie. I took my 13 year old son and my 15 year old nephew along with me. Boy was I in for a surprise. One..there was 2 much sex in this movie that I was not aware of. I was truly pissed when this happened, due to my kids being there. I would NOT recommend taking your children to see this movie. A good friend of mine told me taking the kids would be ok, so I took their word for it. I am so disapponinted at how this movie turned out. Besides the sex seens the movie did have some funny parts. Glad I only spent $6 to see the movie. But DONT take your kids, I cant stress that enough.

Bloody Hell No!

Basically those that created this movie think we're all idiots and can be entertained with the least imaginative, base attempts at humor that are even conceivable. It's a shame that anyone is going to make money off of this collection of mindless, trash. Where's Tyler Perry when you need him??

Very Funny

This movie is very funny and although you might think it's ok to take your young children....DO NOT.. There are very suggestive scenes that display sexual activity. Also there is a topless scene.

It's very adult and that's why they have that big R as the rating......

I just saw a haunted house and i didnt expect great things for it but there were a few laughs here and there but to me not worth it at the theater wait for red box that way you dont feel like you waste money on it and most of the funny parts are in the trailer

Simply Funny

I was glad to see Marlon branch off and star in something without the rest of the tons of Wayans and I didn't think this movie would be that funny but I def thought it would be worth catching...Shocked me because it had some hilarious scenes!! It got a little dry for a moment with some parts in the middle where you can tell Cedric and the rest of the guys were trying too hard but most of Marlon's stuff was really funny! I def recommend checking this out

Stupid, stupid waste of money.

While there were one or two hilarious scenes, the movie as a whole was a waste of money. The movie takes you through personal recordings of Marlon Wayans and his live-in girlfriend as they "test out" their new camera from Best Buy and new video home recording system. The camera work, therefore, is somewhat shoddy throughout the movie. Lacking a real point and a real conclusion, the scenes contained within were just pointless and stupid. I wasn't expecting film brilliance, but I WAS expecting more comedy throughout. Don't waste your money on this film...if you're THAT intrigued, wait for it to come out on video.
