this was a great movie bought tickets for my daughter, cousin and her girlfriend to go they had an amazing time and said they cried, laughed they was a great movie overall :)

Better than I expected

I love comedy movies specially parodies. Having seen paranormal activity i think they did a pretty decent job with this one. Definitely not better than Scary Movie but I liked the concept.

Hilarious!! Marlon Wayans is a laugh riot

We saw it last night and we laughed throughout. It was great. Liked how the story of a couple moving in together and the fears of that were intermixed and with the parody of fears that come with movies like Paranormal, The Exorcist and Amityville.

Marlon Wayans and Essence Atkins play very well off each other. They made a sweet couple and also had great comic timing. I really cared about the couple besides laughing at the goings on of the 'ghost'.

The gags were greats. Cedric the Entertainer was particularly funny in his role as a nefarious priest come to release the demon.

HORRIBLE MOVIE

ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I HAVE EVER SEEN, COULD NOT BE WORSE, TOTAL WASTE TO WATCH IN THE THEATER AND NOT EVEN WORTH WATCHING WHEN IT COMES OUT ON DVD... HOW DARE THEY RELEASE SUCH A TERRIBLE MOVIE, THOUGHT IT WAS GOING TO BE GOOD AND WALKED OUT ANGRY, AGAIN, THIS MOVIE COULD NOT BE WORSE

Surprisingly good

Normally on this type of movie I wait until it comes out on dvd and drops down to about $10 but we decided to check it out and I was pleasantly surprised. Actually pretty funny. If you are in the mood for some good mindless laughs check it out.

I want my money back

I'm usually a big fan of the Wayans campy films, but this one isn't one of their best. Most of the jokes were juvenile toilet humor at best, and sometimes went on too long. There were a few moments that made me laugh out loud, but not enough to be worth the 10 dollars I paid to see it. Save your money, wait for the DVD.

Worst Movie I have ever seen

The Worst Movie I Have Ever Seen.

And that is not an understatement. The cinema may as well have just robbed me of 20+ dollars. Some people may say "wait until it comes out on DVD to see," but even then don't waste your money. This was the poorest excuse for a movie that has ever been produced, the Wayans should be humiliated.

Must watch!!

Ok, yes, it was an inappropriate movie. But it was amazing, "I kicked you in your Ghost Balls."This a must see, now there are nasty parts but JUST COLSE YOU FREAKIN EYES IF YOU DONT LIKE GROSS STUFF THEN.

Hysterical!

I was pleasantly surprised. I wanted to see the movie as the previews looked good. The movie is better than the previews!!! I laughed so hard at times that is actually hurt! Very very funny and well put together. Go see this for a great time and lots of laughs without having to think a lot for about one and a half hours.

No way.....

By far, one of the worse movies I have seen and I have seen my share of bad movies. This is not even an issue of "preferred humor" it was simply poor taste...crass, crude, raunchy! Unless you are a poor "friend" to your child, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO SEE THIS MOVIE. The only good thing for me was I didn't have to pay for the ticket, but i still walked out, couldn't bare it!

Best comedy movie of 2012-13

The movie is pure gold, if you are a fan of comedy movies or just wish to get some laughs then i recommend this movie. Its for every one but kids.

Good chuckle

Never been a fan of Marlon Wayans but figured I'd give this a shot. Not a bad movie. Took a while to get to the hilarious parts. My only issue was there was an abundance of gay jokes and schtick that I felt was kinda spoon-fed throughout the movie. By no means am I a homophobe but too much of anything is not a good thing. Cedric The Entertainer saved the movie in my opinion...some of his funniest work I've seen in a long time. But seriously...I cared not to see so much of Marlon Wayan's butt or any other guys' butt!

HILARIOUS movie!

I took my girlfriend on a date to a classical dinner and a movie. We went to this movie, the theatre was about half-full, and throughout the whole movie the whole theatre was laughing histerically! The laughter starts as SOON as the movie starts. If you like the "funny/ stupid-but-funny" kind of movies, this is DEFFINATLY the movie for you.
