    Snitch

    I really liked the movie "Snitch." The main reason I wanted to see it was because I love "The Rock." He is so handsome and sexy. The movie had a good storyline. It really made you think how quickly your life can be turned around by a stupid mistake.

    Best Acting by the Rock Since I Can't Remember When

    Nice mix of action and drama, with surprisingly good to excellent performances by Dwayne Johnson (aka "The Rock"), and from the HBO hit series "The Wire," Michael K Williams (as "Omar Little") and former "The Walking Dead" cast member, Jon Bernthal (as "Shane"). The plot become predictable about midway, but has lots of twists and turns afterward that will hold your interest through to the end. Providing and excellent costar performance, this movie could have easily been about Jon's character, far from his "bad cop" role in TWD. You expect that at any moment Dwayne will go into wrestle mode and start knocking heads, but it never happens, especially in the light of his physical domanace against a backdrop of physically normal characters. This movie makes me want to see Michael K Williams in a different typecast. All in all- bravo, good work!

    Empty but entertaining

    There are no surprises here, but Dwayne Johnson is always easy to look at, and the action is decent. It's a good entertaining afternoon or evening escape with an interesting premise that, pardon the fun, sort of "flips the script."

    Snitch

    I took my daughter to see this movie yesterday and was blown out of the water on Dwayne Johnson's acting. I love him as an actor and I can say this was a movie worth seeing. I plan on taking my other daughter this week to see the movie and will defintely buy it once it's on DVD. Dwayne did an excellent job in this movie. For the part of Benjamin Pratt he did a excellent job also.

    Snitch keeps your attention

    Snitch is a story about a Dad who will go to extremes for his son, even risking his own life. Its more than the usual action packed movie. He has a construction business and uses semis to move his supplies around. He is willing to pose as a "middle man" moving around drugs and then "launder money" via his truck. Nothing goes as planned, of course, and that's where the action comes in. If you enjoy a good action flick, this one is for you.

    Great Story

    Amazing story but I feel the camara work could have been better. Nearly every shot was right inside the face of the actors. Back up a little, man. But still, worth watching

    AAA Acting by All in This Movie - Dont Miss It In Theatres!

    Based on real events and stories, Dwayne Johnson, Susan Sarandon, Melina Kanakaredes as well as so many other incredible actors pull off one incredible thriller drama.

    I am not going to give you the break down of the movie because you really need to see this for yourself! It is awesome and heart warming when your father stands up for and with you.

    SNITCH

    Dewayne Johnson has come along way in acting, from the TOOTH FARIE to a real action thriller like SNITCH, Way to go Dewayne keep up the great acting,
    My wife & I saw the movie today March 1,
    A great action movie with no lag time, meaning no long stretches in the movie with no substance manner.
    Directing made the movie very realistic.
    Not for children under 14.

    The Rock never disappoints

    The acting was awesome, a great cast..The fact that the story was based on true events was a big plus, it really showed the love this dad had for his son. The fact that the Rock was in the movie was my main draw, but when Benjamin Bratt came on the screen, my view of this movie grew higher. Two Cutie Patuties in the same movie was the icing on the cake. Great visual effects (Eye Candy ) LOL....

    Not Exactly Thrilling, But Still Decent

    As crime thriller go, Snitch is fairly solid. It does not have the most defining story, but it does manage to work for the film. The Rock seems to be going through the motions in this film, but just like the plot, his performance does work. The one to look for in this film is Jon Bernthal as his performance as Daniel James is very much three dimensional. There is indeed an atmosphere to the film that really establishes a tone right for a crime thriller. Snitch is certainly not the best in its genre, but the film is good enough for a watch.

    Typical Story Line, great movie.

    This movie was everything I thought it would be. It was action packed and the story line had a bit of a twist. A Really good watch nonetheless. Enjoyed myself thoroughly minus the kids in the movie theater who kept screaming. ??

    Better than expected!

    I must admit, I thought this was just going to be another one of those terrible February action movies--in other words, not quite good enough for the summer blockbuster season. It turned out to be really good! Non-stop action, great car chase sequence and a substantial story. Basically, this is the story of a father who didn't pay enough attention to a son he had in a previous marriage. The son goes into prison and the only way to get him out is to make a deal with a federal prosecutor and snitch on drug dealers. It's dangerous business, to say the least, and The Rock has to use all of his skills to get out of this predicament. It's just fun to watch and there's really not a dull moment.

    almost there

    I went to this movie expecting your typical dwayne the rock johnson movie but got a little more than I expected. I have to agree with some of the other reviews. At first I was wow'd with the story and the rock being able to give his character some emotional depth BUUUUT the last 20 mins of the film which should be the good part kinda put me back on the fence. The last 20 was like a made for TV action film. I would say even though the ending is questionable you'll still feel ok spending your money to go see this film.

    The movie is very long and drawn out. After 20 minutes of watching and waiting for something to be unpredictable you get a gun fight. We held out and hoped for the best,but people were leaving and complaining about it. We left when the 12 year old boy in front of us started snoring,his dad had been asleep for awhile. We had very high hopes for this movie,but it left us flat. I wouldn't say "don't go see it",but there are a lot better movies out there. If your sitting at home and are bored,go see it at least you will get a good nap in or be ready for bed when you get back home.

    Snitch

    If you like action, this movie will fill the bill. The Rock does another fine job, his ability to keep the viewers interest is superb. The story follows pretty much the same path as I have seen during a long career in law enforcement, over zealous prosecutors trying to make a name for themselves. The film has a nice story line and mostly follows what actually happens during the investigation of high profile drug criminal cases.
