    Solidly Entertaining, End To End.

    The Rock tries VERY hard never to disappoint his audience and this movie is a fine example of that effort. Yes, it's a formula flick like so many others nowadays, but it's still very entertaining. At least it's not one more remake of some tired old franchise those square-headed bean counter in corporate Hollywood churn out regularly, like clockwork. If you're tired of remakes of remakes, over produced superhero franchises and potty-mouthed rom-coms passed around like they're actually funny, then you'll find fresh air in this formula, even if you leave feeling like you?ve been there, done that. This is a play well written and very well executed. No, it's not a blockbuster. It's just a good old fashioned "good movie." See it. You won't be disappointed.

    I expected more action with this movie

    When I hear that The Rock is in a movie, I expect it to be action packed. Not so with Snitch, and I was kind of disappointed about that. The movie was good, but it seemed to have cut out vital parts of the story. Not a total waste, but I would not buy it on DVD.

    Superb true base Movie

    Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock is an excellent actor in the true base story who take on the Cartel to save his son years in prison. Plus he looks GOOD. Writing did not make sense at times ...examples are: The shooting in the yard not sure if rival gang or test. Cops were called to gun fire but next scene showed all bodies being buried in large grave. Truck chase scene was an A+. Overall I enjoyed the movie.

    Better than I expected

    I expected it to be a 6 or a 7 type movie...but it was more like a 8 or 8.5 movie.

    There was some good action scenes and the plot wasn't bad either.

    The Rock Makes a Smart Movie

    Dwayne Johnson does the best performance of his career, but my guess is that people will be dissatisfied for this reason. The film isn't an action movie. It's a subtle, nuanced film with little violence and few explosions. Mr. Johnson's performance fits the bill. He never lets his huge frame and action star past get in the way of an intelligent approach to the role. It's a quiet film, almost an art-house film, and DJ should be proud of his work. Susan Serandon is also excellent as a slightly sleazy AUSA.

    Great movie!

    I went in expecting a regular action filled movie. After watching it, there was so much I didn't expect. It was a heart wrenching movie for me. So much emotion and the acting was really good. I left with tears in my eyes and a heavy heart. Dwayne Johnson proved he's more than just the action movie actor!!

    A very entertaining movie!

    If you like the "Rock" then you like his style of movies. This movie has a theme much like Grid Iron Gang where it tells a truth based story about similar events that happened to real people.
    This movie has suspense, action and thrills all along the way and kept me engaged the whole time we watched it.
    I enjoy the "Rock" movie choices because I believe he chooses them with the intent of delivering necessary lessons if you pay attention.
    The events portrayed in this movie happen all the time and could easily happen to anyone of us.
    Well done sir.

    Snitch

    We both liked it alot ... Better than we thought it was going to be because of the title.
    It had a story line .. not too much killing and the only problem is that we couldn't understand what some of the characters were saying even though we got the jist of their comments.
    A must see movie.

    Best movie he has ever been in.

    Wow...I thought this was going to be another brainless shoot-em-up movie, like the Expendables or something. This was much more serious, much deeper movie with an excellent story to tell. And it is based upon a true story. Well worth seeing.

    Dewayne "Rock" Johnson does not let you down.

    I enjoyed this movie although I expected more action. The story line was a really good one. It truly shows how a parents love will go to the ends of the earth for their child. Good job!!!

    Totally Awesome!!

    My daughter and I went to see Snitch, but we didn't know how much of a treat we were in for- We already knew it was going to be good, but wow! Dwayne is such a wonderful actor. I was so caught up in the movie. This movie really hit home. Being a parent, I felt every tear he shed on the screen and applaud any parent who does what they have to do to save/protect their child. Kudos.

    Better than expected!

    I must admit, I thought this was just going to be another one of those terrible February action movies--in other words, not quite good enough for the summer blockbuster season. It turned out to be really good! Non-stop action, great car chase sequence and a substantial story. Basically, this is the story of a father who didn't pay enough attention to a son he had in a previous marriage. The son goes into prison and the only way to get him out is to make a deal with a federal prosecutor and snitch on drug dealers. It's dangerous business, to say the least, and The Rock has to use all of his skills to get out of this predicament. It's just fun to watch and there's really not a dull moment.

    Waste of time

    Snitch

    I took my daughter to see this movie yesterday and was blown out of the water on Dwayne Johnson's acting. I love him as an actor and I can say this was a movie worth seeing. I plan on taking my other daughter this week to see the movie and will defintely buy it once it's on DVD. Dwayne did an excellent job in this movie. For the part of Benjamin Pratt he did a excellent job also.
