    Good to see

    Good movie to watch. Doesn't have the type of language and violence that a lot of movies have. But don't be fooled this movie isn't all clean and pretty. It shows the horrible side of drugs and how drugs can destroy your life your friends and most of all your family.
    I am glad I watched this movie.

    Entertaining Action Movie with an Edge

    I enjoyed the film. Susan Sarandon, Barry Pepper and Jon Berehthal were all very good in their roles. As well as the actor who played "Malik", a local drug dealer. I like Dwayne Johnson but he lacked the required emotion during some of the scenes with his son to make his role believable. He was OK, but a few acting lessons might make him a little more credible in those type of roles. He plays a tough guy very well. I liked him a lot in "Walking Tall" but this role required a little more emotion than he was capable of delivering on.

    A Gripping Action Movie

    The Rock is back with a vengeance in a story about a small time business man turned hired wheelman for a narcotic crime syndicate. After his son is accused of a foiled plot to smuggle narcotics, Dave Mathews (The Rock) decides to go undercover as a DEA informant and intercept the dark criminal enterprise of illegal drug smuggling. Working as an undercover agent and wheeling contraband across state lines, the Rock finds more than he could bargain for. Snitch is an action packed melodrama full of suspense, an edge of your seat climax, and a star studded performance.

    Superb true base Movie

    Dwayne Johnson AKA The Rock is an excellent actor in the true base story who take on the Cartel to save his son years in prison. Plus he looks GOOD. Writing did not make sense at times ...examples are: The shooting in the yard not sure if rival gang or test. Cops were called to gun fire but next scene showed all bodies being buried in large grave. Truck chase scene was an A+. Overall I enjoyed the movie.

    great movie

    This movie was so good to me,unlike other movies you had to stay wide awoke for this one.It was NEVER a dull moment...can't wait to buy this when it hit dvd

    I expected more action with this movie

    When I hear that The Rock is in a movie, I expect it to be action packed. Not so with Snitch, and I was kind of disappointed about that. The movie was good, but it seemed to have cut out vital parts of the story. Not a total waste, but I would not buy it on DVD.

    Better than I expected

    I expected it to be a 6 or a 7 type movie...but it was more like a 8 or 8.5 movie.

    There was some good action scenes and the plot wasn't bad either.

    so-so snitch

    i read a bunch of reviews here before i watched it, they're mostly positive revews, and i deiced to go, and it turned out to be bit boring to me, the rock's acting was ok, the plot was good, just that the movie turned out to be a suspense/thriller than an action/thriller

    The movie was very exciting and had a lot of suspense. It was much better than I expected. My mother even enjoyed it and already wants to see it again.

    Good Snitch

    This movie was incredible and I think Dwayne Johnson's acting is gettng better and better with each passing dramatic role. None of that "superman" stuff he does in GI Joe or Fast and Furious. He really enacted a concerned father who wanted to do right by his son in making sure he didn't do time for a crime he got caught up in. I enjoyed his first dramatic turn in "Gridiron Gang" and now I like this acting role as well. Go see "Snitch" and I promise you won't be dissappointed.

    Simply stated...GO SEE IT. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was awesome. I loved the storyline. I'm not a parent but I know that I know my parents would go to the ends of the earth for me.

    Parents take your teenagers to see it.

    A very entertaining movie!

    If you like the "Rock" then you like his style of movies. This movie has a theme much like Grid Iron Gang where it tells a truth based story about similar events that happened to real people.
    This movie has suspense, action and thrills all along the way and kept me engaged the whole time we watched it.
    I enjoy the "Rock" movie choices because I believe he chooses them with the intent of delivering necessary lessons if you pay attention.
    The events portrayed in this movie happen all the time and could easily happen to anyone of us.
    Well done sir.

    Better than expected!

    I must admit, I thought this was just going to be another one of those terrible February action movies--in other words, not quite good enough for the summer blockbuster season. It turned out to be really good! Non-stop action, great car chase sequence and a substantial story. Basically, this is the story of a father who didn't pay enough attention to a son he had in a previous marriage. The son goes into prison and the only way to get him out is to make a deal with a federal prosecutor and snitch on drug dealers. It's dangerous business, to say the least, and The Rock has to use all of his skills to get out of this predicament. It's just fun to watch and there's really not a dull moment.

    WOW

    Good, good movie! It makes me wonder though what is fact and what is fiction in the movie.
    I understand it is based on true events. Yikes. It will really tighten your chest to watch this
    one. Great screenwriting on the part of the Director. Good acting all the way around. The bad
    guys made me hate em, the good guys had me routing for em and the underdogs had me
    loving em. I breathed a huge sigh of "thank God" as I was walking out of the theatre.

    More action, please

    Took a bunch of 11 year olds to this and thought it lacked all the action this group was expecting. There was some but it wasn't the action movie they were Hoping for. Decent story line though and good anti-drug message.
