From a male point of view

On a day off, I decided to spend the day in the dark recces of a local multiplex that was offering this marathon. Really just waiting to see BD1 & then 2, I sat in near perfect middle of the theater, and that is when the real fun began. The movies in and of themselves were entertaining, but the real amusement was being like a fly on the wall listening to the audience. The chatter about past movies, what has been going on regarding "Robsten", etc... So while I may have been the only male in the theater, it actually made the movie that much more enjoyable because everyone else around me was completely enthralled with the characters. As for the final movie BD2, guys will dig it, Kristen looks the best she has ever been, the action and various characters seemed right out of X-men First Class. The final fight sequence was very well done. So kudos, to the marketing people, that put this together, do to the fans, it made the experience that much more of a memorable time.

    Loved it!

Seeing all the movies in order on the big screen was fantastic! Just make sure you pick the right theater. The one we went to was very uncomfortable! But, the movies were great!

    Breaking Dawn 2

By far the best from the series. Bella and Edward are truely in love. It is all bitter sweet because you find yourself counting down the days, hours and minutes until the movie showing and then when it is over, you realize that there will not be another chapter. I can honestly say that movie directors and authors/writers are going to have to go far in depth to compare or compete with this saga. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT. Good bye TWILIGHT!

    OMG.... The BEST MOVIE EVER

    by Viola-

I really enjoyed seeing all the movies from beginning to end. The Twilight Saga Marathon was an awesome idea and I am glad the theatre I went to placed all the people who purchased marathon tickets in the same theatre instead of allowing people who wanted to see the very last movie in with us. Last year when the individuals showed up for only the midnight showing, they came into the auditorium and were taking seats, causing arguments and fights. So good work....

I can't believe the way Breaking Dawn 2 turned out. So many individuals had read the books and I was told the fight was not included. That was a great turn of events. Individuals in the theatre was yelling and crying due the death of Carisle and others. I am so grateful it was only a vision and not movie reality. For me, this is a movie I must see again. I can't wait until they all come out on DVD and hopefully be a box set, so I can do just as I did on Thursday, watch from beginning to end.... GREAT JOB

Twilight Saga Marathon/Breaking Dawn Part 2

    by

I loved this movie! The acting was superb! I felt that after 5 movies together the cast finally achieved the relationship in such a way I truly believed they were family. The writing was superb! Hilarious, poignant, heartfelt...the depth was fabulous! I can not explain what a treat this movie was without giving things away. Suffice it to say I finally felt this movie surpassed my expectations. The twist left me breathless and the montage brought tears to my eyes. I hate to see this be the end but this was by far the most perfect ending!

Just what a fan would want out of a finale..

I thought that this movie was the best of the Twilight Saga. If you are a fan of the books this is just what you would expect for a happy ending. Kristen Stewart really succeeded in her role as a Vampire. She was confident and Edward (Robert Pattenson) really was his wife's number one fan. I laughed, I cried and at sometimes even screamed at the screen. The surprise ending was really a surprise but it was one that I was glad to have. I hung on to the edge of my seat, for a complete thirty minutes. i

    Twilight Saga Marathon

I didn't go myself - but treated my daughter and her girlfriend to the marathon.
They sat through all 5 movies and exclaimed when they came out that they'd had the best time. And they said they think the last movie, Breaking Dawn 2 was the BEST of the entire series! Which of course made me very happy that they'd enjoyed it so much.

Final Chapter of the Twilight series

Hats off to Stephanie Myer and the entire team for this movie. It had me crying, laughing, angry ready to walk off and questionsing. I ran the whole gamlet of emotions. I will not do a spoiler and ruin the movie for the folks who haven't seen it, it starts slowin the begining, but warms up after about 30 minutes. Love it!!!

Had sooooo much fun. Loved every minute of this marathon!! Gave great breaks and did trivia questions and a raffle. I feel like AMC Veterans went above and beyond to make us comfortable and the experience enjoyable. Breaking Dawn Part 2 was unbelievable!!! Everyone must go see it!!!! The cast was amazing and the effects were soo realistic. Not too good for children though as there are a lot of adult scenes. Still over all amazing.

    Definitely Not Disappointed

    by

This movie did a great job of taking a part of the book that potentially drags and spicing it up. It was awesome, the twists and turns were unexpected, and I left feeling like it was totally worth it. Way to end the series. Certain special effects will never seem "natural", but we're talking about supernatural beings here, so oh well!

    Great movie!!!

I was very impressed by the last movie. Usually they're not as good as the previous ones but in this case it was an outstanding end to a great series. Laughed and cried but left the theatre smiling!!! Great movie!!

    The Twilight Sage Marathon

This was my first marathon. I loved seeing all the movies back to back. It was like reading the books all over again. And Breaking Dawn Part 2 was awesome. It didn't stick with the book completely but it was close. The surprise at the end that everyone was talking about was indeed a HUGE surprise. I am definitely going to go see it again!
