    Much better than I expected

    I went into this movie thinking it would be mildly amusing but overall just a dumb teen movie. I was pleasantly surprised. It was witty and made me laugh out loud a lot! Not a deep story line and very predictable, but still worth seeing. If you just want to be entertained and don't want to have to think too much, relax and enjoy!

    Funny Film

    This film was enjoyable to watch and made me laugh. Pretty standard plot line, but it was the acting, characters, writing, and music that made it rise above. Very enjoyable.

    Awesome Movie

    If you haven't seen this movie yet, what are you waiting for? It is hilarious (you will laugh your butt off) and it also has a lot of good music. I will say, in my own opinion, that the commercials don't do it justice. It is an awesome movie for anyone of any age to go see. So anyone reading this and you haven't seen it, go watch it. See you guys later.

    You know how some comedies spill all of the *really* funny parts in the previews?? Pitch Perfect is not that kind of movie! There were so many surprise gems and moments in this flick! Love, Love, LOVE it! Great storyline, great acting, great singing. Just a GREAT evening!!

    Through word of mouth - this is a must see comedy!

    If you like funny, witty, and honest comedies, this one is for you. Elizabeth Banks and John Michael Higgins are hilarously mean spirited as the show's commentators. The rest of the cast is balanced with a few unknowns soon to be famous (Fat Amy). Behind the backdrop of popular radio hits, the dialogue and lively competition between acappella groups keeps you laughing in your seat. Move this one to the top of your rental queue.

    HI-LA-RI-YOUS!!!

    part Glee + part SNL skits, this movie packs a lot of comedy. I saw this with my husband and it was a funny, feel good movie.

    If you love music, got to see it

    Was anxious for this movie to come out but the wait was worth it - great songs, great harmonies and very funny - Remel Wilson, I will look for any movie you are in - very funny - Anna Kerigan super - hated the main guy for the boys till he left which was great - then Ben Platt stepped up and was AWESOME - Brittany - i love EVERYTHING you do, American Dreams, Hair Spray - you are awesom

    SOOOOO Funny

    Pitch Perfect is exceptionally funny. The cast is perfect, lots of great one-liners, and really good music. You can really get what you want out of this movie. there are lots of up-front jokes that are loud or physicial and not easily missed, but if you pay closer attention you pick up on a lot of great lines muttered under the breath like only a teenager can. This is a can't miss.

    Fun and Funny

    I really enjoyed this movie. I'm a bit of an acapella nerd, so I loved the music (could have had even more) and really liked the humor throughout the film as well.

    Very worthy of your time and money

    Such a good movie. You will laugh, you will be entertained.... A breathe of fresh air where you actually feel as if you got your money's worth.
    I thought that I was going to hate it as cannot stand the show Glee, but this is so not the same. Just as I really enjoyed End of Watch, I also really enjoyed Pitch Perfect.
    The singing was creative, the comedy was very funny, and it was not too much over the top.

    Worth the wait!!

    Pitch Perfect was exactly what title implies! It was one of the funniest movies I've seen this year. Yes, it is predictable. Yes it is like a Glee episode. But this is no made for TV movie! The music was fantastic and the plot very enjoyable. If you like Glee then this is the adult version just for you!! And the humor was pure enjoyment!! You almost need to see it twice to catch most of the jokes as they are so fast!! It was a great night out!!

    Suprisingly Enjoyable

    Didn't really know what to expect. I went on a whim...the only movie starting and have to say I was more than happy I went.
    Great singing/songs, great cast (hot girls), and laugh out loud funny. So if you are in the market for a few chuckles I say go.

    Soooooooo good

    I want this to be on DVD already. I saw the movie and the went home sat down and bought the cd. The proceeded to teach myself how to do the cup thing.ps. Successfully did that. So fun. Anna Kentrick is AMAZING

    Pitch Perfect

    Went to see it with my wife and daughter. They loved it. Kind of reminded me of Glee and Sing Off --- women probably dig this movie more than guys.

    The comedy of Mean Girls fused with the music of Glee

    Overall, this movie was fantastic: fast-paced, hilarious, not too shallow, and musically captivating. The entire theater was roaring with laughter constantly (Fat Amy is HILARIOUS) and it still had a gripping, moving plot that tied it together.
