    Pitch Perfect is a little off key

    While I enjoyed the movie I personal don't think it was worth the $8.50 for the ticket. I would rather wait for Redbox rental or for the TV premier.
    I also think it is more for teens and up who want to see a Glee type movie.

    A ca-Funny with Great Music

    Another chick night movie. Really liked it. It was a little slow in the beginning but had a lot of funny lines and the music was great if you like a capella. Best character is Fat Amy. Too funny.

    Predictable, immature, high entertainment value.

    Pitch Perfect is another comedy about finding ones identity set in the midst of a college acapella competition. The outrageous jokes and one liners keeps this long movie (long compared to others in the genre) going at a good pace and you will walk out of the theater thinking, wow that movie was 2 hours long? There is a very good mix of characters, especially in the the main group that the movie focus' on. There are many comedies that have plenty of funny and wild moments, but those movies rarely get good reviews due to lack of character development or substance. Although pitch perfect does the bare minimum in the area of character development (the heroine of the movie is a dark, moody alternative loner who has to join a group of random personalities in a rag tag group of acapella members), it makes up with substance in the form of great song remixes and glee like performances. With a mindless and predictable story line and high entertainment value, I give this movie a solid B+

    Hilarious and music to my ears

    This movie had a great cast. If you liked the championship commentators in Dodgeball, you will love the ones in Pitch Perfect. The music choices are great and the whole thing had me laughing out loud. Fat Amy is a riot and I can't wait to go again!

    Pitch Perfect

    Thoroughly delightful. Funny, funny. Watching the characters evolve and change and how it affected their lives was a bonus to the comedy and wonderful music this movie is centered around. Great movie for all ages. My boyfriend and I were the oldest of the group in the theater as most were in their 20's and all of us were laughing out loud and even clapped once.

    A lively caricature

    I enjoyed this frivolous ditty for its panache and the light caricature of musical competition. The point of this work is that music and singing are best when done in concert, competitions in this venue should end with everyone winning and no losers. The lip sinking was good but live singing will always be better.

    I love this film. Fat Amy had me dying laughing in my seat.

    This movie is funny from start to finish. Most of the movie belongs to Fat Amy. She is a riot. So so funny her character is. I could not stop laughing at all. Worth the price of admission.

    it's like Bridesmaids,Bring It On and Glee (when it was good) all rolled into one Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy) stole the show! She was so funny! if you liked Sing-Off (so sad it was cancelled, NBC bring it back!!!!!) and acapella music you will love this movie!

    For parents, be aware there is ALOT of sexual innuendo, physical comedy, and strong language

    Pitch Perfect

    Loved it!!! I took my 10yr old daughter to see it and I ended up loving it as much as she did. It was so funny and entertaining. Its a must see. Its one of those rare movies you can watch over and over. lol

    Pitch Perfect awesome movie

    I saw Pitch Perfect last night with my daughter and her few of her friends. The place was backed. Everyone was lauging throughout the movie. Fat Amy was hilarious! I am sure they will make anohter one and hopefully they can make it just as entertaining.

    Loved it!

    Went to see this movie with my 12 year old daughter and a friend. We all enjoyed it. Thought the singing and dancing was excellent. And I was not familiar with any of the actors, but I really loved them all Great cast. Lot's of laughs!!

    MUST SEE! Laughed from beginning to end. So hard my face hurt and my sides ached. The entire audience sang along..Its the Acappella Picture Show. Everyone will love it.Current and former music nerds will love it more !

    This was a cute and funny movie. I enjoyed the music as well. It was nice there was a little more of a plot than just the singing competitions. I think that older children as well as adults would enjoy this movie.

    Hilarious!

    This movie was so much funnier than I though it would be! I loved every second, there really wasn't a moment where you thought "ok here we go with the sappy 'i learned me lesson' crap"
    Great casting, great singing, and so much fun to watch!
