    Must See

    Ok, I admit I wasn't too into it when my wife and brother dragged me to it. I figured it would be a Glee knockoff for the big screen so wasn't really that interested in seeing it. But once I did, WOW! They set the tone of humor in the first 5 mins of the movie and didn't let up. The previous definitely don't do it any justice and don't worry the previews don't show all of the comedy in the movie. Central theme of the movie is a love story, but its how they go about it makes it a little new. If you love or even like Glee I would recommend seeing this movie, the acapella is phenomenal.

    Pitch Perfect

    This is a fabulous, funny movie, you will leave singing! Not a dull moment a movie for everyone. The music is current. Much better than Glee in every way, excellent writing.

    Perfect Pitch

    Humorous: Yes. I had several laughing fits as did the entire audience, that hit a funny bone.
    Great Message: Yes (Check out the response to "Why do you always push away people who even attempt to love you?" "It's just easier." So true for a collegian, they just have different priorities until confronted with the reality of their own truth.
    Talent: yes the singing is marvelous.Move over, GLEE. These a cappella artists can sing!
    Gratuitous sex? Thank goodness, NO.

    Bridesmaides + Glee = Pitch Perfect

    This was a lot of fun, even the gross parts. Elizabeth Banks rocked as a jerky commentator. Rebel Wilson owned her role and then some. My fav was the tiny voiced Lilly - you don't want to miss any of her twisted lines. The movie certainly has its flaws, but who cares - we left the theater feeling great.

    ridiculously fun!

    i'm not ashamed to say i really liked this movie. is it a new story? no - but what is? if you're expecting inception, then you'll be disappointed. take a little bring it on, add some glee - a dash of romeo and juliet, and a little bridesmaids - set to music and enjoy!

    Funny

    Very funny movie but not one you want to take your children to because there are some very vulger jokes and language. But if you need a laugh this is your movie. Good story line, good actors, and good jokes. Laugh out loud funny.

    Worth the to,e!

    Kind of predictable - but hilarious just the same!!! Well worth the time to see - the music/singing is excellent.
    The humor may be a little too 'old' for pre-teens, though they're sure to enjoy the singing!

    Worth the wait!!

    Pitch Perfect was exactly what title implies! It was one of the funniest movies I've seen this year. Yes, it is predictable. Yes it is like a Glee episode. But this is no made for TV movie! The music was fantastic and the plot very enjoyable. If you like Glee then this is the adult version just for you!! And the humor was pure enjoyment!! You almost need to see it twice to catch most of the jokes as they are so fast!! It was a great night out!!

    Pitch Perfect WAS perfect!

    This movie was everything we wanted and more. We laughed even harder than we expected, and the actual singing parts, were more than impressive. If you are a lover of music, and comedy, you will enjoy this blend!

    Extremely funny movie

    This is basically a musical comedy movie, but it was by far the funniest and most entertaining musica comedy movie I have ever seen. Me, my girlfriend, and her friend absolutely loved it. I do not normally enjoy musical movies, bt this was extremely entertaining.

    Laughter is great medicine

    Pitch Perfect was the perfect end to a tough day. I laughed lots and loved the singing. The story line was goofy, but the siging more than made up for it.

    Uplifting and Funny

    Movie starts out a bit slow but not for long. The singing is great and the plot is fresh. Anna Kendrick is really great in any role she plays, consummate actress. The cast is enjoyable and likeable. This is a movie that will have you singing along in your head and laughing out loud. Definitely going to see it again!

    If you like musical with a little love story this is a great movie. Do not expect to fall head over hills with laughter and the love story is CUTE. It will make you laugh and have a good time.
