    Not worth watching in theaters.

    For as long as this movie was I only laughed a handful of times, the funniest parts were already shown in the commercials. It's was mildly entertaining but I would not pay to go see it.

    Identy Thief

    Loved this movie, I like to be entertained and laugh, this one was funny from the beginning to the very end!
    Melissa McCarthy is fabulously funny and Jason Bateman was the perfect fit for her counter part.
    Definately not for children, too violent, sex scenes and language.

    Sad and pathetic

    It's so sad that we have to find humor in this pathos. Had to leave before it was over. Sad, sad, sad that this film was made.

    Identity Thief

    If you want a light movie that has some laughs it would be worth your while. Yes it is predictible. The co-stars play well against each other. Just mindless fun.

    A Must See Movie

    I went to see this movie with 2 of my grown daughters, and we laughed so hard. Melissa & Jason are wonderful together...And there are many more funny moments in this movie than they show on tv as the promos....if your on the fence about this movie...just go it's money well spent...Melissa has another movie coming out in june or july and im already excited to see it....

    Yes please

    I love Melissa McCarthy and Jason Bateman, so of course I really enjoyed this movie. If a movie makes me laugh so much hard that I lose all muscle function and tears stream down my face uncontrollably then I consider it a huge success. This movie did that for me.

    Soild Moive

    Frist off moive critics that get paid for their opion are only going to give high praise to possible award winning moives. On that note however this moive if you have seen it then you know it is clearly a solid funny flim not just mindless humor. Melissa McCarthy is very funny and silmpy a master of her trade an her co star Jason Bateman is a great fit to balance the flim. this movie not only gives a nice relaxing funny break from the troubles in the world but, shows the real effects of Identy Thieft that has happened to many americans and has been in the news recently with gas station credit card infromation being stolen from the pumps. what else this movie provieds is information so others wont be a victum of a stolen identity. over all soild movie to go see.

    Itendity Theft

    It's a must GO! Hilarious is an understatement! The moral to the story is everyone has a story. Overall A+. I was crying laughing. I'm going to see it again!

    Identity Thief

    Funny, Lots of action a good story line. and a feel good ending. We need more movies like this one. Where are they? I will rent this when it comes out on video and tell my friends to see it.
    The women who played the thief was great. That was really some acting job. She should win an award for her performance.
    Great job on acting, writing, directing etc. Please write more like this soon.

    My boyfriend did not want to see this movie and we are real movie goers..Every week we go..We never laughed so hard...Absolutely the best comedy out in a long while

    Ummm, it's ok

    A go see for Jason Bateman and Melissa McCarthy, Amanda Peet should've had a bigger role in it. My complaint with the movie is that the supporting scenes were weak. Who the hell was the guy in jail hunting her down, the two characters doing it, who hired the bounty hunter, what the hell was the snake thing???? And why didn't Jason Bateman go to jail too?????????? All these things, except the snake scene, could've been explored a little more to make it a better movie, which is basically the writers. There are definitely some laughable moments.

    Thought this was going to be a comedy, and I needed some laughs. Instead what I saw was the most disgusting, degrading, movie filled with F bomb's at the rate of one every few minutes.

    Scenes of Melissa McCarthy imitating sexual acts was not only disgusting but definitely NOT entertaining. Slanders using our Lords' name in vain also peppered the dialogue...at which time I walked out and headed for my shower!

    Funny. Ending Predictable

    Cute movie, some funny parts. But the end seems to come to a screeching halt and then predictable. But I like both actors and there are some really funny parts. Justin Bateman steals the funny lines in the hotel scene.

    This movie was so awesomely funny. I enjoyed every second of watching it. It was funny and dramatic and the actors were hilarious! I would definitely watch it again, just for the giggles.
