    Psychos in Bruges

If you liked In Bruges you will like this movie. One of the back stories ends a little weird - actually they all do.

I've been waiting for another Colin Farrell movie for a while. This doesn't disappoint. Very similar character as that played in 'In Bruges'. Walken is Walken, enough said, and so is Harrelson. Waits is as creepy as ever.

A lot of the people in the theater were laughing out loud. Not sure what that says about us....

If you like your humor dark and twisted some times, this is funny. If you are easily offended, you will be - skip it or consider yourself forewarned.

If twisted and potentially offensive is not your thing, go see a Disney cartoon, or a romantic comedy, your sense of humor will not fit.

    Entertaining

    by Grtded

Entertaining but predictable. Mostly predictable but with some unexpected twists which were very entertaining. I will watch it again when it comes out on DVD or HBO.

    The Christopher Walken show

    by

It's almost cliche to praise Christopher Walken these days, but he really made this movie. His delivery and timing was impeccable. The movie itself is very good - maybe a little too close to what it criticizes and maybe a little unsubtle, but I enjoyed it a lot and got a lot of laughs from it.

    Not just any Seven Psychopaths

    by mjd1940

This movie is interesting and different, combines lots of weird laughs and bloody scenes. Not a flick for everybody but at least it's not a sequel, a remake, a comic book movie, or a cartoon. No 3d -- guaranteed! Not for kiddies or grandma. Maybe for grandpa since that's what I am. To get the gist of this flick, just look at the cast: Colin Farrell, Sam Rockwell, Woody Harrelson, and Christopher Walken. Put those last three guys in the same movie and what do you have? It ain't Mary Poppins, that's for sure. Very entertaining and I can't wait to see it again on video.

    Seven Psychopaths

I'm not someone who cringes at a little violence in a film, but it would be nice if there was a decent story line to link the dead bodies. This movie was confusing and they doled out the back story in a weird fragmented way. I can count on one hand the movies I've walked out of in the past 20 years. This was one of them.

    SEVEN PSYCHOPATHS

Even thought the acting was good and the storyline has a good plot; they are not good enough to waste your money on. The reason is that it contains too much cursing from start to finish. Hundreds of times the F word and the C word. Super graphic killing scenes and descriptions of gruesome murders etc. This is not entertaining at all. Instead I found it mostly disgusting. I wanted to leave after 15 minutes; but I forced myself to stay so that I could write a review of the entire movie. I hope you pass on this one even when it comes out on DVD and Red Box rental. There are too many wonderful films out there to see for you to be burdened by this one.

    Psycho Entertainment

    by pedsarq

This is one fun movie to sit through. Sam Rockwell is his usual off-the-wall psycho self. He really drives the movie. Colin Farrell plays a wimpy screenwriter in this film and Sam Rockwell his muse. Throw in Christopher Walken, a natural-born-psycho if ever there was one, and you get the makings of what turns out to be an unpredictable, ballsy, loosely scripted serial killer movie that deals with such issues as writer's block, inexplicable dog-loving, the mob, and crazy girlfriends. I was entertained.

    Waste of money and time!!!

    by

Other than being able to listen to Collin Farrell's sexy voice, this movie was the ultimate boredom. Failed to capture the interest of myself or my friends. Funniest part of the movie was the looks from the dog.

    Wonderful nuttiness!

    by

The cast and the rambling storyline are the two things that make this a great movie. A family sitting near us got up and left - no problem. We loved it. Hints of Pulp Fiction, but even more wacky. This movie somehow makes you laugh out loud while watching someone get sliced open. Walken is brilliant, and Farrel is a lovable alcoholic you get attached to.

    Seven Psychopaths

    by

This movie is a complete waste of time and admission price.
The cast is great, Tom Waits is great, but the movie the plot, the piece meal
    approach to presentation SUCKS.
I would not reccomend this to anyone, don't even rent this piece of trash.
Pulp Fiction is the one if you like this kind of flick this one does not make the cut.

    Darkly Hilarious

    by

Like In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths is shocking and hysterical, while keeping you at the edge of your seat all at once. The star packed cast includes Woody Harrelson as a fantastic terrifying, sensitive mobster, and Sam Rockwell who also plays his part to perfection. A must watch if you love dark comedies!

    Watched on DVD

    by

I actually like this a lot - however I can see where it is not for everyone, not everyone will be able to follow it. If you cannot follow shows like 'lost' or 'fringe' you may not want to watch. There are many story lines that intertwine but, not always obviously. Violence for sure - very funny one liners - Someone said it reminded them of Quentin Tarantino, I agree - If you like his movies (which I do) you will likely enjoy this.

I'm not even sure how I feel

It was one of the craziest movies i've ever seen. Like watching a train wreck. You know you shouldn't watch and i kept debating on leaving but I couldn't stop watching. I couldn't imagine where it was going. Really wacky. Some very funny lines and expressions. If you have 2 hours and some money to waste, I guess you could do worse.

    HUGE waste of time

Why anyone thought a movie with so much blood, gore and nonsense would be good is beyond me. I saw it based on reviews but I'd say it is the worst movie I've ever seen.
