    After seeing the filmmaker on the Daily Show, I was impressed by Jon Stewart's high praise.

    This is a very smart, startling look at the US War On Drugs. Well paced, beautifully shot, and often emotional, this film makes a very strong, level-headed case for rethinking our national drug policy. And, it explains in frightening detail how difficult and unlikely sweeping change can be. Must see.
